Chapter 30

~Brian’s point of view~

The week went by fast. Before we knew it ,we were taking a plane to Orlando.
“Look!” Erin said on the plane. She was opening some mail she had received when she was staying at my house. “My parents sent me a credit card! That is so awesome! I’m running out of money. I didn’t expect to be going all these places!”
“Cool. Look, if you ever need some money, let me know, okay?”
“Thanks, but I don’t need any. Although your probably racking in the dough from the music industry!”
“What are you talking about? I’m not exactly a Millionaire!”
“Uh huh. So how longs it gonna take to shoot this video of yours?”
“This ones just one day.” I explained.
“Oh, okay. That shouldn’t take too long then.”
“Well, not if you consider getting up at 3 AM and working til late long,” I laughed.
“3 AM? You have fun, I’ll see ya around noon! We’re not even gonna get to Orlando til like 7 tonight, and the video shoot'’ tomorrow, isn’t it?” Erin asked.
I nodded. “It’s not as bad as it sounds! It’s fun. This’ll be a pretty interesting video from what AJ told me yesterday on the phone. The treatment for it is gonna make us look like idiots!”
“Really? This I hafta see, maybe I will be up at 3.” Erin said. “But if you’ll excuse me, I have a book to read.”
“What book?” I wondered.
“It’s called ‘Zoey Fools Around,’ the series is ‘Making Out.’” Erin informed me.
“Man, it’s one of those sappy love series, isn’t it? Where the relationships last like 2 days before someone cheats on another one…”
“They’re good books!”
“None of that stuff ever happens in real life!”
“So people have never broken up after a short period of time and cheated on eachother.”
“It’s that ‘I broke up with my boyfriend to go out with his sister who turned out to be my long lost cousin’crud.” I laughed.
“This book isn’t Days Of Our Lives!” Erin defended.
“Uh-huh, whatever!” I groaned, as she started to read.

~Erin’s point of view~
“Yo, Bri, we’re here.” I gently pushed his shoulder, trying to wake him up.
“Wha? Oh, okay.”

We went to the hotel near the shoot.
“Hey!” I said, seeing Jen and Howie in the lobby.
“Hey,” Jen gave me a hug. “Have fun in Lexington?”
“Yup. The chicken there is great!” I grinned, looking at Brian.
“Oh, yeah,” he joined in, sarcastically, “You should try it somtime!”
“Come on, everyone else is in the room already, and we gotta get up way before dawn…” Jen urged. “See ya tomorrow Howie. Love you.” They quickly kissed.
“See ya tomorrow, Erin.” Brian gave me a kiss, too. We headed up to our rooms.
