We being open minded Elves have come together 
        to raise from the ashes like a phoenix The United Elven 
        Council .  This Council exists to aid all those in need, 
       especially those of Elven Heritage.

	All Elves are welcome to join our ranks that we 
        might make the face of Norrath safer for the inexperienced
        traveller and a much more enjoyable experience for all.

	Although much to the dismay of our friends only 
        those of Elven Heritage are allowed to join our ranks.
