#17 was also made by Dr. Gero. He was made to kill Goku. He destroyed Dr. Gero with #18. He is #18's brother. He thought he was the most powerful being in the universe but found out he wasn't. He gets absorbed by Cell.

Name:#18 Race:Andriod

#18 was also made by Dr. Gero. She was made to kill Goku. She destroyed Dr. Gero with #17. She is #17's brother. She has the same power level as #17. She got absorbed by Cell. Krillen falls in love with her. Krillen wishes her to be human and they get married. They have a daughter named Marron.

Name:Bardock Race:Saiyan

Bardock is Goku's father. He is a powerful saiyan. He tries to fight Freeza but Freeza shoots a huge fireball down at him and planet Vegeta. As he is getting hit, he says he wants Goku to defeat Freeza.

Name:Brolly Race:Saiyan

Brolly is the Legendary Super Saiyan. He is incredibly powerful. He gained his hatred of Goku with Goku's anoying crying when they were young. He began to bring chaos to the universe with the help of his father.

Name:Bulma Race:Human

Bulma is introduced in Dragonball when she finds Goku while looking for the dragonballs. She becomes friends with him and she meets Yamcha on her journey for the dragonballs. At the beginning of Dragonball Z, Bulma is Yamcha's girlfriend. But later on in the series she marries Vegeta and has a son named Trunks. She helps the Z warriors with her technological intellegence.

Name:Burter Race:Unknown

Burter is a member of the Ginyu Force. He usually teams up with Jeice to fight. He has about the same powerlevel as Jeice also. He is known for his great speed.

Name:Cell Race:Andriod

Cell is the most powerful andriod. Dr. Gero started making Cell but grew tired of the time used to make him. Even though Dr. Gero stopped making Cell, the computer kept on working. Cell absorbs #17 and #18 to become Perfect Cell. Cell is made of the cells of some of the greatest warriors in the universe including Goku. Cell is one of the most powerful warriors in Dragonball Z.

Name:Chaozu Race:Unknown

Chaozu is one of the weakest fighters in Dragonball Z. But he has a lot of courage. He and Tien are partners and Tien protects him. He is short and has red cheeks.

Name:Chi-Chi Race:Human

Chi-Chi is the mother of Gohan and Goten and is the wife of Goku. She makes Gohan study all the time and gets mad at Goku for letting Gohan fight. She worries all the time and is rude at sometimes.

Name:Dende Race:Namek

Dende first appears in dragonball z when Krillen, Gohan, and Bulma go to Namek. He is found by Gohan and Krillen when Dodoria attacks Dende. Dende becomes the guardian of the Earth after Piccolo fuses with Kami in the Cell Saga. He powers up the Earth's dragonballs so they can grant 2 wishes. He is very good friends with Gohan and Krillen.

Dodoria is one of Freeza's bodyguards. He is pretty strong but is easily defeated by Vegeta. He is a big, pink creature.

Name:Freeza Race:Coldener

Freeza is a creature which can transform numerous times. He does not care about anyone and destroys planets. He is the son of King Cold and brother of Koola. He is very powerful but is defeated twice by a super saiyan. Freeza has many bases in space. He is one of the most powerful warriors in dragonball z.

Name:Garlic Jr. Race:Unknown

Garlic Jr. first appears in the first dragonball z movie. He wishes for immortality and gets defeated by Gohan. He then later makes an appearance after the Freeza Saga. He gets defeated again during his saga in the series.

Name:Captain Ginyu Race:Unknown

Captain Ginyu is the leader of the Ginyu Force. He fights Goku and realizes Goku is stronger than him. He then switches bodies with Goku but eventually ends up in his own body again. But then he accidently switches bodies with a frog.

Name:Gogeta Race:Saiyan

Gogeta is the fusion of Goku and Vegeta using the fusion dance. Unlike Veggeto, he can go up to ssj4. He is also more powerful than Veggeto. When Gogeta turns ssj4, his hair turns red.

Name:Gohan Race:Half-saiyan, Half-human

Gohan is one of the main characters in dragonball z. He is the son of Goku and Chi-Chi and brother of Goten. He has a special power at the beggining of dragonball z that no one knows about. But after he reveals it through his anger, Piccolo trains him to control it. Gohan is the first saiyan to become ssj2 during the Cell Saga. He is usually forced by his mother to study. He marries Videl and has a daughter named Pan later in the series of Dragonball Z. He is one of the most powerful warriors throughout dragonball z.

Name:Goku Race:Saiyan

Goku is the main character in dragonball z. At the beginning of the series, he finds out he is a saiyan. He was sent to Earth to destroy all the living things on it but one day with Gohan, Goku's grandpa(Gohan found Goku in a spacepod) he fell off a cliff and bonked his head against a rock, forgot his mission, and turned into a loving young boy. Goku's wife is Chi-Chi and has 2 sons named Gohan and Goten. Goku was the first saiyan to become super saiyan(besides the Legendary Super Saiyan). He turns Super Saiyan because of the death of his best friend Krillen by Freeza. He is one of the most powerful warriors throughout dragonball z.

Name:Goten Race:Half-Saiyan, half-human

Goten is the second son of Goku and Chi-Chi. His brother is Gohan. He was born during the Cell Saga but does not see his father until later since Goku dies during the Cell Saga. He surprises Gohan and Vegeta by turning Super Saiyan at age seven. He spends most of his time with Trunks, his best friend, and they learn how to fuse together into Gotenks. He is one of the most powerful warriors when he fuses with Trunks.

Name:Gotenks Race:Half-saiyan, Half-human

Gotenks is the fusion of Goten and Trunks. He is able to turn ssj and ssj3. He names all his attacks(which are pretty strange) and since he is young, he isn't very cautious against his enemies. But he may do some pretty good damage against his enemies once in a while. He is one of the strongest warriors in dragonball z when he turns ssj3.

Name:Guldo Race:Unknown

Guldo is the weakest member of the Ginyu Force. But that doesn't mean he is defeated real easily because he has the ability to stop time. He is very short, green, and has for eyes. Guldo is the first Ginyu Force member defeated by Krillen, Gohan, and Vegeta.

Name:Jeice Race:Unknown

Jeice is a member of the Ginyu Force. Though he does not have great speed or power, he balances them out. He and Burter usually team up to do their attacks. He has about the same power level as Burter.

Name:Kami Race:Namek

Kami is the Guardian of the Earth. He created the dragonballs when he landed on Earth from Namek. He has a spiritual link with Piccolo, so if either of them die, they both die. In the Cell Saga, Piccolo and Kami fuse so they have a chance against Cell and the Andriods.

Name:King Cold Race:Coldener

King Cold is the father of both Freeza and Koola. He rebuilds Freeza after Goku defeats him. King Cold and Metal Freeza want to get revenge on all saiyans but get defeated by Trunks.

Name:King Kai Race:Unknown

King Kai is the person who taught Goku the Kaioken attack and the Spirit Bomb. He trained Tien, Yamcha, Piccolo, and Chaozu also. He lives at the end of snake way and can talk to anyone telepathicly. He helps Goku and the others throughout the series.

Name:Koola Race:Coldener

Koola is the brother of Freeza and the son of King Cold. He wants to get rid of all saiyans after Freeza is defeated by Goku. He can transform also, and can transform to a 5th form, unlike Freeza.

Name:Korin Race:Animal

Korin is the grower of the healing Senzu beans. He lives in a tower under Kami's lookout. He isn't seen much in the series but helps the Z warriors with the Senzu beans. He is pretty wise but not strong physically.

Name:Krillen Race:Human

Krillen is one of the main characters in dragonball z. Although he is not as strong as the other warriors, he helps them out. He is Goku's best friend. He later marries #18 after he wishes her to be human and they have a daughter named Marron.
