Tournament: The Seifer Games

In a distant world, know as Planet Mado, the planet begins to shake for a moment while a fallen dragon crawls back to the surface of the planet. This Dragon, was once known as Seifer. Once a simple Saiyan like the rest, wished on the dragon balls to become greater than even all the rest, but then wished by a mortal enemy to be imprissoned. Now un-imprissoned, he is back to his reign on the planet Mado.

His vast Duugo armies followed immediately behind him once he reached the surface, and immediately went straight to work. They built him a fortress, and inside of this fortress... the training grounds for the evaluation of the greatest fighters in the universe. He sent Freeza Ships to all the other 4 worlds to pick up and advertise the tournament, which was soon to be known as "The Seifer Games."

Important information:

• The search for the greatest fighters begins June 9th. Freeza ships will be sent to the planets Freeza & Vegeta to pick up all those interested in first round "Seifer Games." The best fighter determined out of that group, will remain on Planet mado and allowed to roam around as they wish untill the Second round is finnished from the Earth & Namek group. The freeza ships will carry all those interested in the Seifer Games June 15th to start the tournament. PM Seifer if your interested in partisipating.
• It does not cost anything to enter the tournament, however you must notify Seifer by PM should you be entering the tournament. Team play is allowed, but you may only have 1 partner. No switching partners once you reach the planet mado. You must be with your partner before you land on Planet Mado. Once boarded on the freeza ships, it takes 3 days to land(regardless of outside sources or rules)
• Winner/s out of the Freeza/Vegeta bracket will face the winner/s out of the Namek/Earth bracket. And who ever wins the tournament... gains all 7 mado dragon balls.

Tournament Rules:

• No Armors, Weapons, ect allowed what so ever. Not even Sensu beans.
• (arena pending) You fall outside of the ring, you lose.
• You die, hope you enjoy the after life. Better say i give...

Tournament Area:

• While waiting inbetween matches. You may hang around the area. Their are 10 saiyan dna rejev chambers awaiting you use, and a sparing area to increase your pl a bit while you wait. Each day their will be 2 matches held, and a day following were their will be none held.

Tournament Rings: Before the fight begins, the fighters are offerd 1 of 4 fightings rings to have their match in. You may not choose which ring you get, but none the less...all rules still apply.

• Champion: A simple 10x10 tournament ring, were if you get knocked out of bounds, you lose.
• Gladiator: A 10x10 ring were it is impossable to be knocked out. However, a maze of obsticles is included.
• Warrior: A 20x20 ring were it again is impossable to be knocked out. However, 4 of Seifers Duugo's will be joining you to knock out the compitition quicker.
• Hell: A 10x10 ring were it is possable to be knocked out. Hidden traps are located at this ring that you could fall on, active personaly, or even sometimes seifer might send in a duugo or 2.
