KILGORE Crim Theater in Kilgore The 1939 Art Deco Crim Theater in downtown Kilgore has been restored.
Texan Theater in Kilgore The 1943 Texan Theater in downtown Kilgore has been restored.
LAMESA Old theater in Lamesa Remains of an old theater located on the south side of the square in downtown Lamesa. The five theaters that were in downtown at one time and all closed were the Majestic, Mesa, Palace, Tower, and Alameda.
LLANO Lantex theater in Llano The 1927 Lantex Theater with seating for 400 is located in downtown Llano. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and was remodeled for concerts.
LOCKHART Baker Theater The Baker Theater is located on Main St. in downtown Lockhart and now used for live performances.
LULING Stanley Theater in Luling The Stanley Theater opened in 1948 and closed in 1974. It is now an antique mall.
LUBBOCK - Cactus Theater opened in 1938 and was restored around 1995. It is now used for live productions. MARFA Palace Theater in Marfa The Palace Theater is closed. During the filming of the movie "Giant" near Marfa in 1955, this theater was used daily to review the picture.

MARBLE FALLS Uptown Theater in Marble Falls The Uptown Theater is located on Main Street in Marble Falls since 1942. It was completely refurbished in 2004 and re-opened as a live entertainment venue.
MARSHALL Paramount in Marshall Paramount Theater in downtown Marshall (East Texas) is closed and vacant.
MASON Odeon Theater in Mason The Odeon Theater was built in 1928. It is closed for renovations to modern seating and updated sound system.
McKINNEY Ritz Theater in McKinney The former Ritz Theater on the square in downtown McKinney closed and was later converted to a small shopping mall.
McKINNEY Texas Theater in McKinney The former Texas Theater near the square in McKinney is now a specialty shop.
MESQUITE Mesquite Movie Theater in Mesquite The Mesquite Movie Theater in old downtown Mesquite is now the Rodeo City Live Music Hall. It appears the front bricks have been replaced. A short distant from here is were Sam Bass robbed a train in 1878.

MINEOLA Select Theater in Mineola The 1920 Select Theater is in downtown Mineola and was renovated in 2001 with 248 new seats. It is used for live productions and first run films on the weekends. It maybe the oldest continuously operating movie theater in Texas. In 1998, it was designated a historical landmark.
MINERAL WELLS Grand Theater in Mineral Wells The Art Deco Grand Theater is located in downtown Mineral Wells opening in 1921. It has been closed for years.
MULESHOE - The Wallace Theater is closed but plans are to renovate it.
NACOGDOCHES Main Theater in Nacogdoches The 1951 Main Theater in Nacogdoches had 1100 seats is now closed.
NAVASOTA Miller's Theater in Navasota The 1941 Miller's Theater in downtown Navasota closed in 2011 but reopened recently with digital projection.
NEW BRAUNFELS Brauntex Theater in New Braunfels The 1942 Brauntex Theater in downtown New Braunfels closed but was renovated into a performing art theater.
