The mission of Human Resource Division is to provide and support the 13th Corps Support Command in matters of Housing Areas, Drugs & Alcohol, Safety, Volunteer of the Month, Volunteer of the Year, Abuse Statistics, Suicide Tracking, Army Family Team Building, and Sponsorship.
Officer In Charge (OIC)
Second Lieutenant Christi Rice is the Human Resource Division Officer in Charge. As the section OIC, 2LT Rice's primary responsibility is to control the quality of work. She has the final approval on everything leaving the section that needs to go to the Deputy G1. She is also responsible for counseling her soldiers including the NonCommissioned Officer in Charge of the section.
NonCommissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC)
The Human Resource Division's Noncommissioned Officer In Charge's primary responsibility is to control the quality of work. He/She is also responsible for counseling his/her soldiers monthly to determine their strengths and weaknesses. It is his/her goal to help soldiers improve their quality of work.
HRD Clerk
The section's NCOIC is currently assigned one soldier. The NCOIC is responsible for training and cross-training the soldier assinged under his command. The HRD clerk is responsible for accomplishing the task assigned to him/her. His/her work is being evaluated by the section's OIC and NCOIC.
