XCC Utilities

All utilities require WinZip to unzip after downloading.

Utility	Info
XCC Utilities	The Main XCC Programs, including Mixer, AV player, and more.
XCC AV Player	Extract and play Wav and VQA files from Mix files.
XCC Mixer 1.21	This is my favorite, you can explore Mix files, extracting almost anything inside.
Mod Creator/Launcher 1.08	This Fine utility will create and Launch mods.
Map Encoder/Decoder 1.06	Makes Ts/RA2 Maps 3x Smaller than a zip.
XCC Cheat Reporter 1.04	This utility Will assist you in reporting a cheater.
XCC Radar Customizer 1.02	This utility lets you customize your radar color and brightness of the terrain.
XCC MIX Editor	This GREAT Utility lets you create and Edit mix files.
XCC DLL Pack	The Dll pack, used for emergencies, put in same directory as XCC files. A must have.
XCC AUD Writer Plug-In	A plug-In for winamp that lets you write AUD files.
