Jackalman's Life

The road to stranger behavior

As Jackalman's life continued down a strange and unusual road, he began to look for ways to express his anger and frustration.
He took up bowling.
He used Snarf as a pin, too.  Snarf didn't really appreciate this, so we had to curtail Jackalman's bowling activities.
But the Thunderkittens did play occaisionally.
Snarf didn't appreciate that, either.
Didn't Snarfer become a pin, once?
Almost. He fought back a little harder than Snarf, though.  Jackalman couldn't get him to hold still long enough.

What is that?
Jackalman with rabies.  He started contracting strange diseases, and rabies was one of them.
I shudder at the thought of the mutants with rabies.
The other mutants didn't actually catch the disease.  They kicked him out, so he went to the Lunatacs.
What'd they do with him?
They didn't know what rabies was and before they knew it, Amok and RedEye were both infected.
Amok could be a problem.
He was, believe me.  The Lunatacs turned him loose on Cat's Lair and we had a major problem.
Why didn't we hear about this?
Well, because the two of you were on New Thundera and Pumyra ended up getting rabies.  We didn't want to needlessly upset you.
Pumyra did WHAT?!

Eventually, Jackalman got so sick of the mutants that he took up hitchhiking as a hobby.
As a hobby?
He'd just stand around with his thumb in the air and ask for rides from anybody who came his direction.
Did anyone actually offer him a ride?
Some of the Berbils were stupid enough to do that.  He'd usually rob them before he left them.  He tried the same routine with the Wollos, but he ran into me on one of those adventures and it didn't really work.
I suppose you taught him a lesson he'll never forget.
Sure did.  Next time he steals from the Berbils, he knows he has to give me at least half of the loot.
Uh, Bengali?  Can we have a chat after we're done here?
