Nothing is ever interesting on Saturdays, not the series airing there nor the ratings. CBS held a solid grip on the night at the beginning of the season, at least at 9pm where "The District" (60) held on, but hit series low numbers. "The Agency" (83) was merely okay at 10pm, while "Touched By An Angel" (97) more than earned its cancellation at 8pm. NBC started the season off with a movie (111), but eventually scrapped that for repeats of its "Law & Order" franchise, which drew high ratings especially at 10pm where "SVU" repeats drew more than 10mil viewers and ranked 59th on the season. Mixed in were "Meet My Folks" (110) and "Hunter" (121), which left much to be desired.
      Over on ABC, the night was forfeited with a movie (113), while Fox stuck with the original reality line-up of "Cops" (112, 92) and "America's Most Wanted" (91), all of which held steady from last season and frequently won the night in key demos.
