Background:
Father was Nicholas Sloan he was born in Daytona, Florida USA. He was with security on the Federation ship called USS Corrupter where he was a security officer. He was hardly around for his daughter. She hated him everyday of her life that he has been gone because it was usually when they were suppose to be together. One day he went on an away mission and went MIA after that noone knew his whereabouts and the rest of his file is N/A due to high clearance required. This made it worse because she hated him worse since his disappearance.

Mother was born in Tokyo Japan. Mother comes from a long line of Samurais in the days of feudal Japan. For centuries they had many katanas passed down the family line. One of the swords was given to Laquv Pok as a gift and the honor he has reminded her of something she strives for. For awhile mother taught her daughter things in gardening and meditating. She was working as a Federation security officer on the starbase where they met. Nicholas and Kohana Takara met on a starbase after that they moved onto the Corrupter. Kohana looked after her daughter mostly even when working. Which is why Katsumi loves her mom and the Japanese side more. Her mom gave her the attention she wanted and also taught her things about her past. She also went on the mission with her husband and also ended up going MIA, and the rest of her file is N/A due to high clearance being required. Katsumi blames her father for her mother's death. It was due to this fact that she sees her father as a coward.

Personality Profile:
Quiet young girl, likes to keep most things to herself. She is more into her Japanese side than her other side. She spends a lot of off time with the Klingons because they remind her of Samurais. Due to her interaction with the Klingons she has begun to speak her mind without caring what the consequences could lead to. She has even gotten a firey temper at times which can be hard to control.
