Background:
Father is named Victor Cordova who served as a general in Starfleet military during the time of the Dominion War on the USS Robert MacKenzie when the ship blew up.
Mother is named Rosa Cordova who worked on Betazed as a counselor until her husband's death, which put her mentally unstable, and then she was raped by a Klingon. Shortly after, she died a mental institution. Shortly after that, Jess not only did her work as an ambassador but helped counseling others on the side.
Jess has one living sibling: Severian Cordova, older brother. Protects his little sister when he can and whenever she calls for him. Severian has a big file, bigger than Quark's at the Starfleet security office. He was trained in the military for extreme combat and espionage areas in weapons and tactics. He's also a freelancer. They have an extreme bond and are always connected.
