AnyDocEOB
is able to total the transaction line items and
compare them to each subtotal to ensure balanced
patient information. Any lines that do not balance
can be immediately flagged for an operator to quickly
correct the error.
With
the easy-to-use Group Balancing capabilities, the
system will display the individual Remittance Advice
transaction lines and their subtotal, including
those that span multiple pages. Group Balancing
gives you the ability to insert and correct detail
and subtotal lines before the data is moved to your
accounting system.

EOB to Check Received
With
AnyDocEOB, you can guarantee your entire EOB matches
the corresponding check amount by having the system
add all of your subtotals for each Remittance Advice
and compare that figure to the total check amount.
If the combined subtotals do not balance, AnyDocEOB
