Improve
Data Accuracy
Business rules ensure your data
meets a pre-defined format so the information can
be easily imported into your adjudication system.
With VBScript, you can apply your own specific rules
to increase your data accuracy.
- Verify and correct addresses
according to U.S. Postal Service guidelines
- Ensure dates are valid, then
convert them to a database-friendly format
- Validate the patient, provider
number and location, place of service, type of
service and physician ID
- Look up the physician ID number,
translating it into the doctor's name
- Validate Diagnostic and CPT codes
- Validate dates, making sure they
are within the range of insurance coverage
- Check if this is a secondary
claim (COB), and what is the amount paid
Balances Data
- Use equations to verify total
charge, amount paid and balance due. A balanced
equation can bypass verification, significantly
reducing correction time and effort.
Improves Print Quality
- AnyDocCLAIM uses image enhancement
to reconstruct lightly printed or poorly constructed
characters and enhance them for accurate recognition.
Useful for characters that are commonly broken,
lightly scanned or otherwise poorly printed.
Identifies
Claims/Handles Multiple Page Forms And Those With
Attachments
- AnyDocCLAIM has functionality
to handle a variety of claims, including HCFA
1500s, UB92s or Dental Claims. It can even handle
multiple page claims and those with attachments.
- AnyDocCLAIM can perform automatic
form identification based on the individual topology
of the form. You also have the ability to supply
patch or bar codes to differentiate batches of
forms, or you can define an area on the form for
specific form identification.
- AnyDocCLAIM can even identify
document sets and multi-page images. When a document
contains both forms and attachments, which is
common with HCFAs, AnyDocCLAIM saves all attachments
with the corresponding claim.
- Red drop-out forms can be processed
in color to allow for easier data correction.
You are able to toggle between color and bi-tonal
images with a click of the mouse.
Facilitate Processing Flow
- When claims' origination points
differ, AnyDocCLAIM is able to assign different
processing rules to different groups of claims.
- Assign work based on specific
tasks as well as the type of form.
- Route form types to different
verification operators having expertise for specific
claim types.

National Standard Format (NSF)
