Company Profile

Continental Resources of Illinois (CRII)  is a wholly owned subsidiary of  Continental Resources, Inc. a major, independent U.S. oil and gas exploration and production company.  CRII is located in the Illinois Basin, a mature oil and gas province that extends over three states -   Illinois,  Kentucky, and  Indiana.  Our operation team manages 1,700 BOPD with 30 employees. Continental entered the Illinois Basin with the acquisition of Farrar Oil Company in 2001.
