This is a basic form for a character sheet as it appears (or will soon appear) not only on my own website, but several other Champions-related sites as well. In fact, the format as you see it here was originally developed by Doug MacDougall, developed by Shelley Chrystal Mactyre and Jennifer Whitehair for use on the former's rather extensive Champions sites, and further tweaked by myself.

This form is not suitable for copying from your browser's regular viewer (unless you have an HTML editor that can copy it in properly). If you can view the Document Source, do that and copy it from there. Better still, save this page to your disk and copy/edit it as you need.

If you are creating a character for my campaign or for inclusion on my website, start your copy right below the first horizontal line below; be sure to copy all of the "tab" graphics. (If the character is to be a PC, omit the "Campaign Use" section and its corresponding tab.) Most other GMs and Webmasters (such as Shelley, or Ben Boren) will want only the character sheet form, which starts just below the "Design Notes" section.
