My Meeting with Wolves




God has charged us to administer his creation.
God has charged us to administer his property.
God is for me not just a man in the blue Sky.

In my human soul I am an Indian,
but most of all my soul is still in that animal
I was far long ago

I am a wolf

The wolf is not that evil animal that Christianity speaks about.
The wolf is very social with strong family ties.
There is an unbelievable love between the members of the pack.
The wolf can feel love even to other animals.
All animals follow a law,
Gods law

In 13 January 2002 I was visiting Kolmårdens Animal Zoo together with my students from Adult Education. 
Sometimes I give lessons for dog owners. 
This was an educational visit.

I already told you that I am a wolf in my soul.
I had many thoughts about how my soul friends would receive me in the guise of human being

Thomas met us at the entrance to the Animal Park and told us 
about five wolves that we should see.

I had told my students that we had to show great respect for the wolves, because we came to them as their guests
All of my 12 students’ behaviour was exemplary


I went in with the wolves together with my students.
All the wolves came forward to welcome us!
I told them that we were their guests and their friends.

   



 Then the leader wolf Tromb came close to me. We were meeting in our souls. He jumped up and lay both his paws on my shoulders and he gave me a lot of kisses. What happened then?
I left my body and we met in a kind of divineness. It is so hard to explain for someone that has not experienced this… but, well we danced around in a kind of frenzy of joy and a kind of divine happiness. 
It was as if we were moving with the speed of light while we 
were in complete affinity.
That was the most precious and happy time of my life!
To be one with a wolf!
Everyone that was there with me could understand me…


   


 

A parable
 You may not have met an old friend for many years. But your friend and you have only to look at each other and you can know what is in your minds.. You can feel that you belong to each other in a deep, obscure way, deeper than with other people. But you haven’t met each other in a long, long time so you have an inner longing to experience that feeling again that you so much remember. Was it real or was it only imagination? Has it changed? Have I become different myself? Has the other person changed? Has time that past since we met last changed and have we been changed with it?

But then you see each other again. Maybe you both have expectations…
And then you can feel this warmth that you can only feel when deep love happens.
