PREVIOUSLY, ON BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER...
Tara is first introduced to us when she meets Willow in a Wicca group meeting. The two are the
only real witches there and after an encounter with "The Gentlemen" they discover each others
powers and become friends. Tara is a very shy young woman but always seems so confident around
Willow. As the two of the become more lonely they become a couple. However Tara must face the
prospect of losing Willow when Oz returns and has the Wolf under control. She understands that
Willow loves Oz but is shocked when Willow tells her that she sent Oz away again. Although the
couple are happy together Tara has must mystery surrounding her and spoils a spell with Willow
that will pin-point every demon in Sunnydale...
When Tara's family comes to Sunnydale her family try to take her away or they will tell her
friends that she is a demon. However she is not a demon and a punch to the face cause pain to
Spike, and he only feels pain when he hurts a human. She and Willow fall out when she mentions
that she is afraid of how powerful Willow is becoming. In a spin Glory gets her and takes her
Sanity from her. It takes some time but Willow manages to give Tara her sanity back, but her
first act is to comfort Willow when Buffy dies.
