PREVIOUSLY, ON ANGEL...
Having fled to L.A to allow his true love Buffy Summers to lead a normal life, Angel began to
seek redemption. While trying to fight the good fight Angel came across Doyle, a half Human half
Demon who had visions of people in trouble. These powers came from the PTB (Powers That Be) who
want to guide Angel along the path.
Angel soon became enemies with Wolfram & Hart, an L.A law firm who had demons for clients. As
Angel & Doyle along with Cordelia set up Angel Investigations to Help the Hopeless. As Angel &
Doyle became best friends they came across a bunch of Demons that needed their help. To protect
a number of lives Doyle gave up his own life to allow Angel, Cordelia & the Demons to live.
The arrival of Buffy's former Watcher Wesley gave Angel another person to confide in but the two
never grew as close as his relationship with Doyle. The three continued to battle evil, such as
the Rogue Slayer Faith and made new allys in Gunn and Kate. While trying to stop Wolfram & Hart
from raising a powerful demon, Wesley & Cordy were hurt and it then hit him that the three were
a family. Wesley went onto discover that as a reward for gaining redemption then he would become
human. But he could still not stop Wolfram & Hart from rasing this new evil which turned out to
be his own sire Darla, who he had staked...
When Angel discovered that Darla was alive he tried his best to help her, but Wolfram & Hart
turned her into a Vampire again thanks to Drusilla and so Angel had to go on a quest to kill
them both. He lost his freinds as he lost the will to fight the good fight. However a moment of
clarity brought him back to his sense's and he re-united with his crew with him working for
them and not vice-versa. When Cordelia was sucked into the Host's homeworld Angel discovered
that he wasnt a Demon inside a Man but a Man inside a Demon. His true evil face was shown and
the shock discovery of three books a Wolf, A Ram and a Deer (In Fact a Male Deer a Hart) means
means Season Two finished on a high, especially with the news of Buffy's Death...
