Christian Life School of Theology
About the School
Harvest Ministries serves as a campus location for Christian Life School of Theology (CLST), a non-denominational school that seeks to bring higher Christian education to the local church. CLST was envisioned by Dr. Ronald E. Cottle in 1975 as a means to train pastors, church leaders and any Christians who wanted to extend their Bible knowledge beyond what is received in local church services. Dr. Cottle recognized that such training was difficult to receive without going off to seminary or enrolling in a correspondence school. Thus in 1983, CLST was officially launched, bringing higher Christian education to the student! The school began to establish campuses in local churches with courses taught either through video presentation, or by hosting an instructor live.
Today, CLST operates more than 400 local campuses worldwide, with more than 24,000 students.
