The Lowcountry Anarchist Site
This site is intended as a desperate plea for an anarchist community in the Lowcountry. Not only does the Lowcountry have an alarmingly high level of racism, but it also hosts suck vile killing centers such as the Naval Weapon Station and the Citadel, a place where men and women are taught to fight and kill for their "great and honorable country. Like in any other place in the U.S.A., the Lowcountry has a shockingly huge gap between the wealthy upper-class and the poverty-stricken lower-class, yet these two different classes are geographic neighbors. You could take a casual stroll down the lavishly decorated Battery, admiring the victorian style houses, and before you know it you're in the middle of a decaying neighborhood with rundown houses and poor, meager faces looking for their share of the "American Dream". For these, and a host of other reasons, the Lowcountry requires an anarchist community.
