#21. Go to the right when in the room with the falling ceiling. It is in the room with the switch that lowers the water in the well. Shoot at it from high up. It is on the wall. Use your hookshot on the chest to get close enough.

#22. Right by the boss room. When you are pushing around the pillars. There is a room with a chest. Look to the right and he is on the wall.

Fire Temple

Adult:

#23. In the big fire room with the bridge, (beginning) go to the left side. There is a blue block above the door. Make sure you are not inside the little impression, and play the Song of Time. Climb the block. It is through the door, on the back wall. If the shield-eater eats your things, kill him immediately!

#24. In the boulder maze, go out the door, and follow the wall to the left until you find a little corner covered. You can hear the skulltulla. Blow up the wall with a bomb and you will find a secret area with a skulltulla.

#25. Right by the room where you got the boss key. (The room is behind the door to the right of the stairs, where the statue was, and then the second room in) It is behind the shield-eater, on the wall.

#26. On the top level of the boulder maze, by the door, play the scarecrow's song (that you learn as a child at Lake Hylia, and remind the scarecrow again as an adult). A scarecrow will appear. Hookshot up to him (use him as the target). Hookshot again to the target in behind you, and it will take you up one level. Go through the door. Climb the metal chain wall, and he will be in front of you.

#27. After you get #26, climb the metal wall and go through the door. Go to the edge and look left. He is on the wall.

Ice Cavern

#29. In the room with the spinning blade, across from where #28 is, there is a small room. In the left section there is a heart piece. You can hear it above you. Look up and kill it. It is on the inside of the ice pillar.

#30. In the big room with the blocks, go to the far left, in the corner, but don't fall off! You can see him climbing on the wall. You the hookshot to retreave the token.

Water Temple

#31. On the wall behind the gate with the yellow switch that raises the water. Hit the switch with your sword and the gate opens. Refer to paragraph three of my Water temple walkthrough for more info.

#32. In the river with the vortexes that suck you in, use your iron boots before the third one. Once you fully stop, use your longshot to kill it and get it.

#33. In the room with the second water switch, and the spikes, use the targets to go as far up as possible. Use the longshot to kill it and claim the reward.

#34. In the room with all of the hookshot platforms that you had to go up one by one, on the waterfall. When you are at the top, get it with your longshot.

#35. Where you can see the boulder rolling out, right after the room with the three geysers. It is behind the waterfall to the right. Fall to the bottom with your iron boots, and get it with your longshot.

Bottom of the Well

Child:

#36 and 37. For 36 and 37, you need keys to get into the rooms that can be accessed by the middle chamber where those nasty monsters hang from the ceiling. There are three keys total, for there is another locked door with one skulltula in it and is unrelated to the two in the middle. After you leave the first chamber, go right, use the lense of truth on the wall after you turn and there is a hidden chest there. Open it to get the first key. Go into the middle chamber, do not go into the bloody middle or try to get the chest for there are pits. Quickly open one of the doors and go iside while avoiding the moster on the ceiling.

#38. The third requires another key. There is one in the crypt (the only place in the game that has the undead mummy) After some exploring, you will find a double sided climbable little pit with a chest in it. Climb up the other side and enter the door. After killing the creatures, use the lens of truth to escape the pits, and go through the door to find the crypt. You must use the deku stick or dins fire to light the fires and open the coffins. The key is in the upper left coffin (along with a mummy).

#41. Behind the big skull barrel with blue fire in it that you had to throw bombs in. It was opened by longshoting to hidden longshot targets to get silver rupees.

#42. Right before you make the ship start moving, look toward the yellow bars where you got the block. He is crawling inside the bars on top. You can hit him from the ship with you longshot.

#43. Behind the three spinning skull barrels with blue fire. It is right by where the boss key is obtained.

Gerudu's Fortress

Haunted Wasteland

#47. After going through the hole and the locked door in the beginning, and then climbing the wall, turn around and he is right in front of you.

#48. Right before you fight the boss in the Spirit Temple (the child boss) Turn around and look above the door. It is right above it.

Adult:

#49. In the rolling boulder room, behind the block of time. Play the song of time to move it. It is crawling inside.

#50. In the room with the big statue of the woman. Go to the top of the child stairway and you can get it with your longshot.

Ganon's Castle

#52. Outside the castle on the back of a post to the left of the path

Boss Section

Queen Gohma: Parasitic Armored Arachnid

Inside the Deku Tree Boss

Queen Gohma seems hard and scary when you first fight her, but she isn't that hard. When you walk in the door shuts behind you and she is hanging on the ceiling. Wait until her eye turns red, shoot it with a deku net, or your slingshot, and then hack away with your sword. Keep doing this, and she will die. Hearts are concealed in the grasses all around the room, and when she goes to the ceiling watch out for the eggs she drops. These will hatch into little mini-Gohmas, but you can kill them before they hatch. They are also good if you need more ammo for your slingshot, but to get this, you must let them hatch (the ones you want the ammo from), and then fight them.

Lizalfos (Two)

Dodongo Cavern's Mini-Boss
One of the easiest mini-bosses in the game (not to say they are easy at this level, but wait and see the others!). Look out for its quickness. It can quickly jump to your exposed backside, and joust. Attack and dodge, attack and dodge. Don't try to get off too many attacks or it will nail you with its speed. They rarely attack in unison, so you should be fine. Look out for the lava. This can be a life-drainer.

King Dodongo

Dodongo Cavern's Boss

Avoid his roll by hugging the inside track (on the edge of lava) or by standing in the corner. Wait until he opens his mouth and then throw in a bomb. He will swallow it and it will blow up in his stomach. He will turn red and become stunned. Hit him with your sword as many times as possible. He will regain his poise, and continue to roll. Keep doing this to kill him. If you miss with your bomb, be ready to roll away from his fire breath. There are jars in the corners, and flower bombs if you run out of, our don't want to use your bombs. He is only about 7 hits with your sword.

Bigocto

Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly Mini-Boss

Bigocto is a little bit annoying, because of the spikes constantly hitting you, and how he is almost as fast as you. Keep rolling around to get behind it. Target the weak spot on its back, and use your boomerang to hit it. Walk up to the green circle and hit it. It will turn around and start chasing you. Look out for the spikes! To save time you might try a risky angle, and you will hit the spikes, but try to not do this when you are so close to the spikes. 3 or 4 hits and he will die.

Baranade: Bio-Electric Anemone

Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly Boss

Look out for its electric attack! Baranade can be defeated by hacking away at his middle, when it is unarmed. Target him and hit him with your boomerang. It will hit him above. Do this while dodging his electricity, and the jellyfish will let go. Nail his body! The jellyfish are now attached by electric. Aim for the middle with your boomerang. It will let its jellyfish go. This where you can kill them with your boomerang. Keep doing this, and kill its protection. Look out though, it still has the electric beam! Hack away with your sword after using the boomerang. Wait for it to come up, then hit him with your boomerang and hack away again. Keep doing this and he will die.

The Poe Sisters

Forest Temple Mini-Bosses

Joelle, the red poe sister

Have you ever faced a poe in the graveyard, or on horseback in the field? She is exactly like them. Aim for her with an arrow when she appears, and avoid her when she is invisible. She also tries to charge you when she is invisible with a spinning flame attack. That is all there is to her. She is only 5 hits.

Beth, the blue poe sister

She is exactly like the red poe. Look above.

Amy, the green poe sister

First you must solve her puzzle. Take a long look at the photo, then shoot the picture. You now must pull and push the blocks in the alloted time to face this poe. One of the blocks won't go anywhere. Once the puzzle is solved, the green poe fights you. She is exactly like the others. Attack her with your sword, or arrows or hookshot when she appears.

Meg, the purple poe sister

Meg is pretty easy also. She splits into four images, but she gives herself away every time. Right after she appears, she will do a little spin, while the other purple poes do not. Shoot this one with your hookshot about five times and Meg will die.

Phantom Ganon: Evil Spirit from Beyond

Forest Temple Boss

When you first walk in, nothing happens. Then try to leave, and he faces you. He looks just like the real Ganondorf, until he pulls off the mask. Phantom Ganon has two phases. In the first phase he has two images of him coming out of a painting. They are both identical. Then, the difference is that one turns back and one shows a purple portal, and he rides over you and blasts you with a bolt of electricity. Try to get a fix on both images. You can only guess which one is the real Phantom Ganon. If it has purple shoot an arrow. If not... Run! Or you can attempt to find the real one before he gets you, and shoot him. Hit him enough times, and he will stop running. He will lose the horse and face you. He shoots electric bolts at you. To defeat him, reflect those bolts back using your Biggoron or Master Sword. It will hit him if you are looking straight at him. He will also hit it back most of the time. You keep hitting it back and forth, speeding it up and increasing the damage, until one of you falters. Once he is hit, run up to him and hack away! He will gain his poise back, and again start fighting. Keep doing this until he dies.

Flame Dancer

Fire Temple Mini-Boss

This mini-boss is easy. Simply target it with your hookshot, and fire! It will bring out a little black ball that you can chase around and hit. It will switch direction, and then eventually re-attach itself to the Flame Dancer. Each time a new color will come out. First orange, then purple, and finally green. Repeat the same steps for each. The ball explodes and the boss is dead. Wasn't that easy?

Volvagia: Subterranean Lava Dragon

Fire Temple Boss

Volvagia has several attacks. There is only one attack that he can be hit on. It is when he pops his head out of the lava, and tries to hit you with his fire hair. Dodge it, and whack him with your Megaton Hammer. This will stun him. You can now nail him several times with your Biggoron's Sword (or Master Sword. He will recover, and do it again. Volvagia can do some massive damage on some of his attacks. One of them is when he starts to fly around and he breaths fire in your face. Simply hold down the shield, and it won't harm you. Make sure you don't have an item in your hand, or it won't let you bring out your shield. Press A to put it away. He also will attack the ceiling to cause rock fall. You can use your shield and most of them willnot hit you. You can also watch the shadows and attempt to dodge them. Do what works for you. Lastly, sometimes when he pops his head up, after he tosses his fire hair at you, if you ignore him, he will spit a full fire breath at you instead of tossing his fire hair again. Move! If you hit him enough he will eventually die.

Dark Link

Water Temple Mini-Boss

Walk over to the barred door, and then back to the tree. He then faces you. He is very good at dodging and it seems that whenever you try to hit him, he matches your hit with one of his own. Try to get a hit in fast. He then reappers somewhere else. There is no real strategy, just keep doing like he does. Just keep hitting. He eventually will give way. Just try to go faster than he can and this battle will have ended before it begun.

Morpha: Giant Aquatic Amoeba

Water Temple Boss

This is very simple seeing as how far Link has come to get here. This little amoeba is simplistic. You need to jump on a platform to make it come out. Simply go to the edge of the water and target it. First though, you need to get off of the platform! It will waste you if you are this easy to get to. When you are targeting it, you are targeting the nucleus. All you need to do is to kill this and the boss will be defeated. Use your longshot to bring it to you, then nail it! It will then reappear as Morpha again. Look out when it forms! It will try to grab you. Simply move out of the way. Then the nucleus moves around inside of it. It is pretty easy to hit it now. Keep hitting the nucleus and it will die quickly.

Dead Hand

Bottom of the Well boss

As you enter, there are strange hands coming out from under the ground. Go over to one and let yourself be grabbed to make him appear. He is a coward and not too hard. He will only fight you when he thinks that he has the advantage. Translation: he will only reappear when one of his hands is holding you in place. Come straight at him, and avoid the hands. He is best when you are being held still by his hands, and he will bite you. It does no good to keep killing the hands, because they will grow back. Once they have you press buttons and they will eventually release you. Once you hit him, keep hitting him and he will not touch you, but go back into the ground. Let yourself be grabbed again, and do the same thing until he is dead.

Dead Hand

Shadow Temple Mini-Boss

You already fought this guy in the bottom of the well, though this time there are a few more hands, and it is a smaller room. This guy is weaker then the other one, and his hands are also weaker. Look above for strategy tips, and hit about five times and he will die. You can hit the hands once for relief of them grabbing you (these you need to hit only once).

Bongo Bongo: Phantom Shadow Beast

Shadow Temple Boss

Fall down the hole and face... Bongo Bongo. His weapons are his hands. His weakness are his eyes. For this fight against the illusionist you will need this: some arrows, the lens of truth, and a lot of life. When you first see him, you see him as he really is, then when you fight him, all that is visible is his hands. Once you get used to the strategy behind fighting him, he is actually pretty easy. All you have to do is to disable his hands- with arrows or even the hookshot, though less reliable for the target may have moved by the time the chain gets there. Once one is disabled, the other will try to punch you, dodge it, target it and fire! With thesedisabled, all you have to do is stun his sight by shooting him in the eye, but if you wait too long, his hands will no longer be stunned, and he will charge you. He falls while you can go up and hack at the eye. You can get about 4-5 hits in before he will regain his poise and continue fighting. He has many hand moves that you need to dodge. He will punch you, grab you, slap you, slam you, or you may fall over the side, which is quite a life-drainer as I remember. Just keep on the offensive as much as possible while dodging his attacks and you should beat him in no time.

Iron Knuckle

Child Spirit Temple Boss

Run up to him and hit him to start the match. Ouch!! This guy hurts. He only has one attack, and he doesn't really block but each hit takes away four hearts! Just run up to him and hit him as many times as possible until he is about to swing his mighty ax at you. At first you can hit him quite a bit of times, but then it is just once or twice. You can try to get in a extra attack when he hits it straight into the ground if you want. It is up to you up to how much you want to risk it. Dodge or move fast when you see the ax coming! I would reccomend using Nayru's love to shield you and get a lot of hits in, if you have enough magic. You can trick him into breaking down the pillars also. They are filled with life. He takes like 10-15 hits with your puny dagger.

Iron Knuckle

Adult Spirit Temple Mini-Boss

This is just about the same exact guy you fought as a child, but much easier to kill since, you have a bigger sword. He takes just 8 hits until he falls. Part of his armor comes off at 4 hits. If you need any more strategy, look at the guide above.

Twinrova: Sorceress Sisters

Adult Spirit Temple Boss

You walk in on a little meeting they are having. The banter back and forth before making their minion fight you. He is just like the others. Upon its defeat, you will see it is a brainwashed Nabooru that you fought. Prepare to face the witch sisters themselves now. Walk into their room. Climb the side and walk into the middle and they will face you. You face Twinrova Koume, the witch of fire, and Twinrova Kotake, the witch of frost. Remember what the owl said? To use their own magic against them. A more precise way to say it is to reflect one witches magic onto the other. You have a Mirror Shield do you not? You need to successfully reflect the other witches onto the other by targeting them and holding out your mirror shield while the other witch does her attack. After a little, they wil get serious, and you will face, the second phase of this battle...

Double Dynamite Phase:

This one isn't as easy as the other (unless you know how to beat her). You need to absorb the same type of magic (frost or fire) before your shield will blast them with it, they will then be stunned and you can run up to them and hack away. If you hit them with the wrong kind, whatever progress you had will be cancelled. I actually think that this is easier than the other one because you only have to keep tabs on one person, also, she is only 6 hits with the Biggoron Sword. You get about 2-3 hits off when she is stunned, so you only have to stun her 2-3.
