Iris Eby sent this clue:
To make a mask was quite a task for me, I won't deny.
But for a guy in a neighboring state I really had to try.So, it's on it's way (left town yesterday) to the state
of the yellow rose.
Seeking a home where the long horns roam and the cold wind
rarely blows.
Her mask went to John Stacy:It's ME, its ME!!!!! I'm not just guessing, it arrived
today!!!!WOW!!!! Iris says this is her first mask, but it is
definitely NOT her
first work with gourds!!! This is a museum quality piece with
sisal rope hair (combed out "frizzy") with a feather accent. Half
of the face is a
fantastic copper finish and it has bright, white gourd seed "teeth"!!
Thanks Iris, it is BEAUTIFUL and will hold a prominent
place in our collection!!!ps....the cold wind IS blowing here today...finally
some RAIN too!!
