I J Troske sent this clue:The mask is on it"s way somewhere. It"s
East
of the Mississippi river.I live west
Going to a lovley gourdhead somewhere
there on the other side of this Great
Country. Hey, I diden"t get the address
right so who knows where it"s going.
Hopeefully you all should get it by this week-end
Gourds bio:" This gourd started off mean from the git go.
The seed just bit me an jumped into the
ground all by it"s own. Then the sucker came up with a vengance
, never
watered or fertilized it. Figured maybe it would go away. Well,
it
diden"t I watched it as it grew. Bugs wouldn"t go near
it , worms
wouldn"t go near it , an the aphids just took a different
route around it.
Hey, my dogs were totally afraid of it. At that point in time
, I
figured I had a mean gourd. Anyway , it turned into a warriors
mask, the only
fitting place for it. I figure anything that stuborne , mean ,
an
protective gourd, deserves is a good home. I"t has served
us well , I"m sure it
is going to a good home. When it starts to whinn , just take a
dust rag
an clean it some. Likes to be talked to sometimes. O. K . Now
comes the rubber room < grin > "
This mask went to Melissa Yerkes:
WOW, I got my mask today and it was from IJ, I was
so excited I had to
calm down for a few hours before I wrote this. It is too cool,
something
thatwill give my relatives a heart attack at Halloween. It is
if he took a huge
gourd and cut the bottom off and the gourd faces straight out
as if it had the
biggestnose you ever saw. It is black with huge spikes all along
the front and they
have a copper tone. I love, love, love it. I told my husband
that when I am
mad at the kids, that I will wear it, and I think that I will
be wearing it from
now on. I love it IJ, you are my hero of masks. Melissa
