In Character (IC)
1. There will be NO FIGHTING among Members.
If there is fighting both people will be warned. If you get into
another fight you will be suspended for as long as the commander
thinks is needed.
2. When none of the commanders are around
the two officers ARE in charge, there rules are to be follows
as if they where the commanders rules
3. Weapons are assinged to you when you
start, when you request new guns they must be aproved by all 3
commanders and both officers before they are put threw and are
ordered from HQ, you are allowed ONE Primary gun, and ONE Side
arm, side arm can be no more then a hand gun, Primary must be
a hand gun, Sub machine gun, machine pistol, assault rifle. Nothing
else
4. Hand to Hand is not allowed inless absalutly
nessecery, you are not allowed to ditch your guns and play super
hero with your fists and feet
5. You are allowed to carry a max of 5
Primary ammo clips on missions, and a max of 3 Side arm clips
on missions, PDAS are slots they come with the Uniform
6. If you are unable to make a major mission,
you must send at notice 5 hours before the mission to your Team
Commander.If an emergency comes up notify your team commander.
You will be given only 5 Emergency excuses, after you have passed
those 5 emergency excuses you will be investigated. Skipping missions
without notice 3 times will result in a suspension 6 times will
result in removal from the team.
7. W.U.S.O. Updates will be handed out
on a weekly basis. All the information must be read. Deleteing
the information before reading it will not be allowed.
8. During missions its all serouis cept
the one or two comments now or then but nothing out of control,
if it reachs out of control you will be booted from the mission
and possibly face suspension, You must not use OOC during missions
at all, you have something to say to someone do it in IM, have
something for the team to hear tell it to one of the 3 commanders
and they will announce it OOC, only they can Talk to others over
all OOC. while in missions the Brb time is no longer then 5 minutes,
if your over 5 minutes you are booted and possibly suspended.
Not responding during missions and randomly going AFK or just
slacking off and not paying attention, will result in booting

Out Of Character (OOC)
1. Keep all OOC talk while in the room
down to the basics. Ex. I have to go. Brb, Back, etc etc. Do not
waste your time with stories about your day, after all that is
what IMs are for.
2. You can only Rp one character. If you
wish to Rp two characters or another character that isn't in the
Rp then you must ask your commander. He will ask Snake if you
are allowed to Rp the new person or a multi-character.
3. You can not make up your own bad guys
or any other form of a storyline. If you want to think up an idea
for a mission or something to do you must ask your commander for
permission first.
4. White Umbrella Spec. Ops. is a PRIVATE
guild were RPing your chars outside the SL is prohibatied unless
given permission by YOUR team commander. Commanders can be found
on the Ranks Page.
5. The RPG terms MUST BE FOLLOWED, they
are listed as: TB style for fighting one on one. Typos are not
enforced, AOL slang, bold fonts, and bright fonts are PROHIBATIED.
You will be given one warning, the second time you will be removed
for disobeying.
6. Blowing off a team mission in order
to take part in any other online missions from another guild will
not be allowed. Once the commander is given word of this, suspension
will be in place for the traitor. Also if your are on AOL you
must COME to the RP UNDER AOL S/N.
7. Fonts are strict within WU, well not
to strict we allow mostly any font as long as its neat, and understandable,
No bolds or bright colors, and most of all No AOL slang, you are
expected to try and spell everything out the way they are ment
to be, Typos are ok everyone makes them just try to correct them.
8. Posts, Mostly the RPG is a TB fighting
style, meaning Turn Based during Mun to mun fights only, in CPU
fights its noit as strict. There are also terms to be followed
during normal Missions, meaning you have to atleast make your
posts each 3 line posts for each post in a mission, thats a must,
during base RPs and off RPs its not a must but during missions
it is.
