Colins was born on April 5th 1972 in Sarasota Florida. He was part
of a rather poor family living in a run-down area of town. He had
4 other siblings and only a father to watch after them all. After
garuating high school he attended Florida State University.
After his 4 years, he gained muiltple degrees
and skills. Upon leaving college he became a drifter and hired hand
know as Mako. His usual jobs where hacking,computer forgery and other
muiltple other illegal activites. On a yearly bases he would send
money to his father and each of his siblings. As awanted criminal,
he was later turned in to the authorities by a former employer for
a large reward. After 5 years in jail for his many crimes, he was
rekeased early into the hands of an Umbrella suit who himself Mr.
Green. He was then transfered to facility out in Alaska where he worked
as a tech for Unbrella Inc. Working there for 3 years he heard many
rumors and lerned about White Umbrella, a division of Umbrella. It
was later that year he became an agent of White Umbrella's Special
Ops. team. Believed dead untill recently
