Description: This spell will punish your enemies
by lowering their stat points. The higher your skill is in target, the
more powerful it is. Also, it will do more damage the higher your alignment
is and the lower your targets is. You also cannot cast this on good
align players. I put this spell in the offensive section because when
casting it, it is designated as an attack spell.
*NOTE* Due
to recent downgrades, Punishment of Severan is extremely hard for
this spell to hit it's target. For it to be useful you must advance
soley for defensive.self and misc.target. You must choose between
this spell or Wrath of Severan. The choice is yours.
