Info on a new meeting will come soon; however in order to have an idea of how meetings will take place i will temporarily leave the last post here as an example:


The meeting will probably take about an hour, but the election will be the first on the agenda, so that people that can't stay for long, still have a chance to vote; A word of advice: When you reach the gazebo please log out of the game and then back in, to save the position in case of a link dead problem; The last meeting became really chaotic because of that and we hope things will go smooth this time, but just in case, it's best to save your position before the meeting;

Any issue desired will be discussed here; Among them we will also debate the idea of a guild finance system and options of maintaining the guild in the event of a server reset;

From now on promotions will probably take place only during meetings and they will be accompanied by a corresponding ceremony; At present there are no members that have received a promotion quest and hence no new promotions;
