Alright. I felt the need for a change in the ranks system so I worked out a
new hierarchy:
First of all the teacher/apprentice part has disappeared; Everyone helps
everyone; However, remember that someone with a higher rank must speak in your
name in order to be considered for promotion; but that shouldn't be too hard;
all you have to do is be friendly and a good team player :)
Second of all the ranks have changed a bit; I took out the magic line of
promotion, figuring that a guard/knight/commander can just as well be a wizard;
And one last note: Those that had mage ranks will pass to the appropriate new
warrior rank; Those that are currently diplomats will advance to advisors
automatically;
Here are the new ranks:
RANK REQUIREMENTS:
From now on these will be the requirements
to advance to a certain rank. When you have fulfilled them, just tell someone
higher in the hierarchy and he will talk to the high council about your
promotion.
NOTE:
Those who already have a certain rank will not be tested again. The ranks system
is valid only for promotions that will be made from this moment on.
1 NOVICE:
A new recruit;
When the time for promotion comes a member will present himself in front of
the High Council, when he shall receive his promotion mission; After
accomplishing it he will continue on one of the two paths:
THE MILITARY PATH:
1 GUARD:
One of the following:
-
lvl 15 sword
-
lvl 15 axe
-
lvl 15 melee
-
lvl 5 crystal way (the other ways are not well represented yet, so they
are not an important skill)
One of the following:
-
5 light armour
-
90 hp
2 KNIGHT:
One of the following:
-
lvl 40 sword
-
lvl 40 axe

2 ADVISOR:
One of the following:

be actively involved in the guilds affairs by becoming a „cool poster” on
the forums
3 SENATOR:
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR SENATOR:
-
first of all, you have to make yourself popular among the guild members
J
And one of the
following:
-
help work on the site;
-
be actively involved in the guilds affairs by becoming a „forum champion”
-
recruit 5 more members
-
found an alliance
Commander:
In order to become a commander
you must first be a senator or knight. Apart from that
you must also do a deed worthy or remembrance ;)
Examples: convince a guild to unite with
us; Lead an army to victory against all odds etc
Leaders:
General:
Is second only to the High paladin, and has equal authority
to the high paladin, difference only being that the general was not the founder
of the guild, but contribute to a large extent and has in partnership evolved
the guild to where it is today. This position can not be acquired, unless
under extraordinary circumstances, where this member has made him or herself a
true candidate for this position
High Paladin:
Is the highest level in the paladins guild and first only to
the general, the high paladin is the starting founder of the guild....
