Anyone who has a job as a trainer can teach you any attack or ability that they know. Do not be surprised if they ask you for money or an item as cost for learning. If you learn from a teacher, it will take 1 less day to learn than it normally would. If you learn from a teacher at a Dojo, it will take 2 days less than it normally would.
