Rules Section
This is the rules section of my RPG. Like every other RPG, this one has
its own rules as well. You cannot avoid obeying these rules. If you have
any problem with any of the rules contact Goku
or
Vegeta.
In this section of the RPG, you will find that we have all kinds of rules.
Rules for how to fight in this RPG, marriages and divorces, fusing with
another person, making teams, conquering and destroying planets, learning
attacks, buying items, changing into your Super form, and miscellaneous
rules. In this RPG, every one can turn super form as long as they have
the necessary requirements. Short abbreviations for the Super Forms are
SSJ for Super Sayajin, SA for Super Android, SN for Super Namek, SL for
Super Alien, and SH for Super Human. Please obey and avoid breaking any
of these rules under any circumstances. We will add new rules if we think
any other action not added on this list is inappropriate. If you would
like to report any one that you think has broken a rule, please do
it A.S.A.P. and we will either suspend him/her or expel her from the RPG.
HOW TO FIGHT
In this RPG, fighting is like one of the main features. Fighting is what
Dragonball Z is all about. So this rule is to show you the proper way of
how to do battle at any time. During a fight, there will be at least 3
people. The 2 fighters, and the referee. In many battles, there will be
an audience watching. The audience must keep quiet during the battle in
order to let the fighters fight. After every attack, you must say hit in
order to represent that your attack was successful. But that's not the
only thing you have to do. After you say an attack, either if you hit or
miss, you must charge after every attack or action. In order to avoid getting
hit, you must say ::dodge:: or any dodging attack or action that you have
learned. This must be said right before the opponent says ::hit::. The
only way that you can loose, is if you Hit Points reach 0. The referee
will keep track of every attack that you do. He will also tell you if you
have run out of Ki or if your Stamina is down or low. All types of
fights will have to occur in a private room.
MARRIAGES
AND DIVORCES
If you have joined other RPGs, you should know how a marriage or a divorce
is like. These features of the RPG are just like the real thing, except
that you don't have actual contact with you mate. You have to act like
if it is real. In this RPG, the guys are supposed to be doing the work
for marriages and divorces, (although I cant even imagine a girl asking
a guy first). You have to first be sure that the girl is going to say yes.
If you are so sure, you have to buy a wedding ring for her. Make sure you
have the wedding and honey moon planned. If you plan it, you must tell
at least one moderator so that he can set it up for you. The moderator
will tell you what to do and at what time you have to go to the private
room. After you have done your part and the girl has said yes, make sure
that both of you, not one of you, posts it on the RPG's message board.
Now here comes the good part, both of you have to send invitations through
email to any one that you want to bring to the ceremony. You must
have a best man, maid of honor, and a priest to marry you two. That's it
for Marriages, now for divorces.
In order to divorce yourself from your mate, you need a few requirements.
First, you need to be married with another person. Next, your mate has
to want to become divorced as well as you do. You must contact the moderator
whom has married you before. He is the only one who has the power to divorce
you. You must be on the same planet that you were married in in the first
place. After the ceremony has ended, the male that was divorced must give
2000 credits to the female. Make sure that both of you have posted what
has just happened on our message board. Once all of this is done, you are
now divorced.
FUSING WITH ANOTHER PERSON
Fusing with another person is one of the coolest techniques in this RPG.
You can fuse either with the Potara Earrings, which can be purchased at
any shop, or by performing the fusion dance. There are some rules and facts
about this fusing technique. Just that there are two differences. The Potara
Earrings are more effective in making your fused form powerful. But the
fusion dance on the other hand is easier to learn and is less effective
than the Potara Earrings. Please note that you must obey each of the rules
of fusing.
FUSION DANCE
In order to fuse, your power level must
be at least 100,000.
In order to change into your super form
in your fused form, you and your partner's stats must add up to the stats
required to become the super form.
You must only fuse with a person of your
race and sex. It will be impossible for some one from either a different
race or a different form to fuse.
You and your partner must fuse before
either of you gets hit during the dance.
The only time you can fuse is on a 2
on 2 match.
You can jump out of your fused form at
any time but your the stats of your fused form will be divided into two.
When you fuse with a character by
performing the fusion dance, your stats will dramatically change by increasing.
Power Level: Both Power Levels
of each partner put together.
Hit Points: Both Hit Points
of each partner put together.
Ki Points: Both Ki Points
of each partner put together.
Stamina: Both Stamina of each
partner put together.
Speed: Both Speed of each
partner put together.
Intelligence: Both Intelligence
of each partner put together.
Charisma: The charisma of
the partner with the higher stats.
While in battle, if you have fused and the other team hasn't, the fused
team must specify who s/he is attacking. While two partners are fused,
one of the partners can either charge, hit, or attack while the other partner
does what is left. This will make the fight easier. The only time you can
specify who you are attacking is when you are calling an attack.
POTARA EARRINGS
In order to fuse using the Potara Earrings,
both partners must have the earrings.
Both partners must have a Power Level
of 150,000.
If you would like to go to your Super
Form, your stats must add up to the required stats of becoming the Super
Form that you want.
You and your partner must fuse before
either of you gets hit.
The only time you can fuse is in a 2
on 2 match.
You can only fuse with people of your
race and sex.
You can jump out of your fused form at
anytime. But your fused stats will be divided into two.
While in battle, if you have fused and the other team hasn't, the fused
team must specify who s/he is attacking. While two partners are fused,

MAKING TEAMS
In this RPG, you can also make teams. It is very cool and you will gain
respect over others as well. First, you must have at least 4 people that
want to join your team. You have to talk to a moderator about this situation.
The moderator will also talk to each member. Second, you must have a Name
for your team. It can be any name that you chose. Third, out of all your
members, you must pick one of them to become your sub, in case you have
absence. You must choose wisely on who that person is going to be, someone
that you trust. Third, you cannot attend another team to join or make a
team. Either you quit the team that you are attending, or stop what you
are doing. Fourth, you have to send certain information to a moderator
about you and your crew. That information includes, all the members of
your team, the sub, the team items (that each of your team member has and
wants to share with the crew), and a team quote (anything that your team
has to say to anyone or team). You and your team can invade and conquer
planets or destroy planets. Just make sure your team is very strong and
that you have some good strategies. We strictly prohibit that you or any
other member of your team bribes another member of another team to quit
their team, join your team, or anything else. If you want to trade members
you must talk to the team leader and both send a letter that you both accept
the trade (the members that are being traded cannot disagree). If you would
like to leave a member, you must first tell the member, and both of you
send a letter saying that you agree. The same goes for joining a member.
Conquering
and Destroying Planets
Conquering and Destroying planets. Here, you can take over and destroy
planets. To take over a planet that is not ruled, 8 members of that planet
will have to compete in a tournament. No money or prizes involved. If there
are less than 8, then 4 will compete, but if there is less than 4, 2 members
will have to compete. If there is only one character in the planet, s/he
will have to go through three tests. Once a fighter wins the tournament,
s/he will have through the three tests. These tests are called, The
Test Of Strength. The second test is called, The Test Of Will.
The third and final test is called, The Test Of Courage. Once the
person attending these tests accomplishes them, s/he is officially the
ruler. The ruler must choose who his co-ruler is. Because if the ruler
will die, he will have to have some one ruling while he's gone. If both
the ruler and co-ruler has died, the moderators will choose who will temporarily
rule.
Test Of Strength- The fighter
will have to fight eight fighters whom are chosen by moderators. They will
not receive any money.
Test Of Will- The fighter
will have to fight eight fighters whom are chosen by moderators. For each
time s/he wins, 1/4 of their original Hit Points will be added to their
current Hit Point Status. They will not receive any money.
Test Of Courage-
The fighter will have to fight eight fighters whom are chosen by moderators.
Each fight will be timed along with the same rules as the Test Of Will.
Their prize will be Conquering the Planet.
To conquer a planet that has a ruler, the ruler must choose 4 of the planet's
greatest fighters. From there, you will have to defeat all of them. You
will gain your Hit Point Status back after every win. From then, you will
have to fight the ruler in a best of 5 match. The one who wins 3 matches
first wins. The best of 5 matches can happen whenever the ruler wants it
to happen. But the maximum days of that period of time is 1 week. It would
be wise to avoid waiting until the last minute. Once the planet is ruled
for the first time, no one can attempt to rule it again for a limited time
of 30 days. If a person tries to rule the planet and either succeeds or
fails, no one can attempt to rule it for a limited time of 14 days. The
ruler must choose who his co-ruler is. Because if the ruler will die, he
will have to have some one ruling while he's gone. If both the ruler and
co-ruler has died, the moderators will choose who will temporarily rule.
You can also destroy planets. But to destroy planets, there are certain
requirements that you need and tasks that you must complete. For the requirements,
first you must be a captain of a team of at least 5 fighters, (henchmen
do not count as 1). Next, you need to have learned a planet-destroying
attack. Finally, you must have a spaceship of your own, or of your team.
Now, the tasks that you must complete
are, the ruler will choose 5 of his strongest men for you to fight. But
this will not be any ordinary match. It will have to be a Death Match.
You and your crew will have to compete in death matches throughout this
whole period of time. Next, your team must fight everyone else living in
the planet , except for the people you are fighting or the ruler, in Death
Matches. Finally, you will have to fight in a Death Match with the ruler.
If you and your team succeeds, your prize will be all the items that the
planet once had. If you and your team loses and dies, you have failed to
destroy the planet. If you die, your co-leader will have to take your place.
If he dies, the next to take his place will be chosen by the moderators.
Rule #6- LEARNING ATTACKS
In fights, you will have to use attacks in order to win. But even though
you have your own 'human' attacks, they are by far, the weakest in the
RPG. But you can learn other attacks which are stronger and can increase
your chance of winning. There are certain tasks that you must finish for
you to comepletely learn the attack. First, you must search for your attack.
Make sure that you have the same power level or more than the attack requires.
Some attacks have some requirements which are some other attacks that need
to be learned before using the attack. You must know its requirement if
the attack has one. Make sure that you are at the planet that the attack
says you have to be on in order to learn it. This is where at least a space
pod comes in handy. While you learn the attack, you cannot leave the planet
for any reason, and you cannot die. So it would be a good idea if you don't
get your self in a mess in which you know you cant win. You must contact
a moderator telling him that you would like to learn an attack. In order
to check how many days you have left, check your current status in the
members menu. After your time is up, you still cannot use your attack.
You must go to school first in order to master your attack. Mastering an
attack is learning how to use an attack properly. Once you have learned
how to use your attack, you can use it during battles. But don't take advantage
of your attack, it can probably take up most of your ki points.
BUYING ITEMS
One of the essential menus in this RPG is the shops. That's the place where
the money goes and leaves. You can buy and sell items there. If you would
like to purchase or sell any items, you must .fill out the form at the
bottom of the page. The information will go directly to the moderator and
he will make it happen in less than 2 days. Remember, you must look at
the price and have the right amount of money. To check how much money you
have, you can visit the members page that has all of your information.

Miscellaneous Rules
There will be no talking during fights
There will be no interference by anyone
during fights.
There will be no forcing any member of
this RPG to fight otherwise told by the moderators.
Do not remind the moderators by instant
message to make an update. You must email it to us.
You cannot miss your turn in a tournament
without a good excuse. You must warn the moderator before the tournament
or your turn in part of the tournament begins. If not, you will automatically
be disqualified.
You cannot fight any of your team mates
in any type of fight that can cause death unless told by the moderators,
otherwise, you can spar or train.
You cannot learn more than one attack
at once
When you finish learning an attack, you
have to go to school to master it for 2 days.
There must be a moderator or referee
watching the every fight that you attend.
You must charge 5 times at the beginning
of a fight.
You must charge once after an attack
either if you hit or miss.
Battles will only occur in Private rooms
There will be no battling in the Meeting
room
When a moderator assembles a meeting,
you must report to the meeting room ASAP because the moderator will no
repeat his announcement
When going into the meeting room, you
must use your RPG Nickname for your name.
You cannot marry some one that is already
married.
You cannot marry some one that you have
already divorced.
