Below are the rules that you MUST follow in order to play the udbzrpg. Read carefully!
1. When engaging in battle, the fighters MUST do as the ref says. If you disagree with the ref, or think he is being unfair, post your complaint, or question, or whatever it may be on the FAQ forum.
2. When a fighter dies 5 times he/she is dead, and can no longer participate in battles, or other events besides meetings and train sessions with King Kai.
3. Members who have won 10 fights, and wish to pick a new move, must post the move they pick under the "Stat Updates." Stats must also be posted no more than once a week, if they are not all other stats will be ignored.
4. The only way to receive the Dragon Balls is by purchasing the Dragon Radar, or the Namek Dragon Radar. Also you must be on the planet Namek to recieve the Namek DragonBalls, and on the planet Earth to recieve the Earth Dragonballs. You may also fight a person who has a dragonball to recieve it as well.
5. If one does receive the Dragon Balls he/she must wish from the following list of wishes. Namek Dragon Balls grant 3 of the following wishes:
You may wish a dead person back to life.
You may wish for 2 items that is not over $15,000(those items cannot be Dragon Radar, or Namek Dragon Radar).
You may wish for another move from the Moves List. You can wish for moves from other races, but you must fit the move's requirements.
You may wish for an ability that you have the requirments for.
You may wish for multiple people to be revived at a time with the Namekian Dragonballs only.
6. Once you have picked all the moves from your race and can no longer get anymore, you may start to pick moves from another race.
7. If you leave the chat from a battle longer than 10 minutes and you do not arrive back in time, it is your opponents choice to call off the fight where neither of the fighters will gain stats. Or he can disqualify you and get stats and you will not.
8. All wishes must be approved by Trunks. No other admin has power to control this unless given proof by me.
9. You may battle a person who is dead, only if your dead also. However, if you lose, a day is added on to your death sentence.
10. Forfeiting is not allowed. This means fighting someone who you have no chance aganst that is totally rediculous.
11. You must post who your ref was for the battle, when you update your stats.
12. You can not get rid of or sell a rare item. Once you get it you keep it. You can only have 1 rare item. Also rare items cannot break or be damaged.
13. If you do not follow ALL of these rules be prepared to face the conciqueces. LOW PENELTY = WARNING. MAX PENELTY = Kicked off site. ^_^ Have a nice day!
