If you are interested in joining Shadows of the Flame, you must contact a leader in order to be interviewed. You can do this through e-mail, telegram, page, AIM/AOL, ICQ, etc. In order to be considered you must have a level 25 alt that you will be putting in the clan. You have to be interviewed and accepted by three of the six leaders in order to join. After you have been accepted, either all six leaders must agree to you joining OR two days must go by with no member complaints towards you. Only then will you will be invited into the clan.

At any time, if four of the six leaders agree, you can be given a warning for something that you did. If you proceed to do it again you WILL be removed from the clan. If all six leaders agree, you can be removed from the clan without even getting a warning. A members can send a complaint to any leader about other members and it will be carefully inspected by all of the leaders. The appropriate action(s) will be decided by the leaders.
