"Art of Diplomacy"

"Honor" is an ever elusive, and quite muddled concept to strive for on practically every Terra at this present Age, and Terra Prime is no exception.  Too many guilds have their OWN unique definition for honor and dishonor to confuse the Hell out of everyone, and we are not about to add to the turmoil by introducing yet another interpretation of a priggish goal for a War Game.  Just because "you" say one thing is "honorable" does NOT necessarily make it so for everyone.

Thus said, this is how The Sanctorum views itself and the world around it....referring to other mages and guilds:

We are resigned to play the game for what it is....a "fantasy" Strategy War Game.  The ONLY forms of "honor" that we will abide by are those listed in the Decalogue Of Terra, and in the words of our Agreements with others.  We will not tolerate multi magers, nor cheaters of any kind.  Those suspected of said crimes will be reported, and attempts will be made to execute said mage.  This also includes any member of The Sanctorum that is suspected of violating the Rules Of Play.

With regards to Alliances and NAPs (Non-Agression Pacts), we hold that the only thing "honorable" with such treaties is the party's holding true to the words of said treaties.  If you, or your guild, sign an Agreement with us, we expect you to hold to your words and remain true to the outline of that Agreement.  Keeping true to one's word is satisfaction enough to expect in our present Age of Terra.  Failure to uphold your words in said Agreements can result in severe repercussions from The Sanctorum.......in part, or as a whole.

We also hold to the premise that Sanctorum mages are to be protected at all costs.  If one of our number is multi attacked in a fashion that is contrary to our rules, the offender can FULLY expect to receive retaliation to the very point of execution if necessary.   We will NOT allow Sanctorum mages to be taken advantage of in any form.  If you disagree....bring it on.  Or better yet, seek out the Guild Leader....and come loaded for bear.

Notice to "Non-Guilded" Mages....

Those in The Sanctorum are bound by NO formal agreement with ANY mage who is either non-guilded or considered a "NonDescript" player.  In the eyes of The Sanctorum, if you are playing on a Guild Terra, then you should belong to some form of a guild.....period.  ZERO TOLERANCE will be given to attacks performed by mages not affiliated to a guild....again....period.

Many of us have played this game long enough to realize that not all guilds operate "fairly", and especially during times of War.  We have seen it too many times where NonDescript mages "suddenly" appear out of thin air to multi attack another mage....only to be swallowed up again into the mist from whence they emerged.  Since we of The Sanctorum cannot possibly detect ALL multi magers and cheaters, we therefore hold that EVERY NonDescript mage is a potential rule breaker, and thus a threat to our way of life on a guilded Terra.  If you are a NonDescript mage....consider the outcome should you venture to attack a Sanctorum mage.

In the same regard, we of The Sanctorum will try our best to keep from over-targeting Non-Descript mages as a whole, or in part.  We are not a bully guild that picks on those who choose not to be guilded for specific reasons.

In keeping with fair play, this guild DOES indeed have a Complaint Forum set up for those who feel mistreated, or for those who believe themselves overtargeted by Sanctorum members.  If you have a legitimate complaint....bring it there, or stay silent.

ALL registered complaints to this guild will be reviewed and handled in a fair and speedy fashion.  No one person will be seen in any different light than another....provided the complaint is filed in a timely and legitimate fashion.  While your complaint is being reviewed, no member of The Sanctorum has sanction to attack your lands, and do so at their OWN peril, and of their OWN accord.
