Liska has military training skills in recon, stealth, and survival. Liska is more commonly known for selling her services as a scout. She is very knowledgeable in the ways of the lands of Nuked Mex (formerly New Mexico), knowledge which has save her life many times in the past. Liska is an expert marksman with uzi's, knives, and rifles. She also has level 3 training in the arts of hand-to-hand combat.
Liska was born and raised in the small town of Gamma One where her father is in charge of the local militia protecting its residents. Liska does not disbelieve the Restorationists' epic dream of restoring civilization to what it once was, but she has not devoted her life to it either. Liska believes money (i.e. domars) makes the world turn.
Liska has worked and is currently working for Xervian on a classified operation. As long as she is paid, Liska will be happy to continue doing any dirty work Xervian asks her to do (within reason, of course). Liska is not a hired killer and she will not accept jobs which require it (even she has standards).
Liska appears to be a young woman in her early 20's, with short black hair, thin build, and very good looking. She carries two Uzi's in twin shoulder holsters. Her demeanor seems calm and well controlled.
