Though grabs are seemingly the simplest tricks to learn, there is nothing like a long, stylish grab. This page showcases the best grabs caught on camera for the year at SnowForum. Please feel free to browse the gallery and vote at the end for the grab that you think is best.

1) Blaize Mason - Tail Grab
One of the things that I like most about Blaize's tail grabs is that he bones out his front leg and moves his board slightly off center from the jump. This shot is an example of what Blaize does during every tail grab. And even though this is routine for Blaize, this grab is more than good enough to be a strong contender for the best grab this year.
2) Joel Van Hollebeke Backside 180 Method
I like this method. Moving the board out from under oneself and sideways was always something that I thought would look cool so that's why I decided to add this grab into the contenders for "best grab." Does it deserve to win the award? You tell me.

3) Justin Waugh - Nose Grab over the 12 foot I - Beam
This is a fun looking grab. Justin is going for a good looking nose grab here, over a twelve foot wooden I - Beam rail. You can just imagine what would happen if he didn't make it. Justin just barely make it over the gap on this grab but in the process we caught a priceless shot of him that is worth adding to the contenders for the best grab of the year.

4) Joel Van Hollebeke
Frontside 180 Tail grab
One of the easiest combinations of a spin and a grab is to try one of your easiest grabs combined with a frontside 180. This is because you can spot your landing the entire time. After a few practice runs, I was trying grabs like this and this particular tail grab turned out quite nicely. Vote for it if you think that it deserves to take the best grab trophy and all the benefits that come with it. It's more significant to me that I can actually try tricks like this.

5) Travis White - Method Air
You thought that I was going to leave little Travis out, didn't you? If anyone has a signature trick other than Aaron Cummings, the heelside avenger, it's Travis White with his nice, big method grabs. While I certainly like his style during these grabs, my favorite point about Travis' methods is how high up he can get when trying them. This picture does him no justice in that respect. So, when you need a tie breaker to determine which grab to vote for, think of Travis and his huge Method airs.
