This old-timer is matched with a 12" SME 3012 Series 2/Grace F9 Ruby MM cart. It's mounted within a teak plinth of typical late '60s to mid '70s design. Some keen-eyed fellas told me that the arm board isn't screwed down.... ok... I've forgotten about that! Next to the tonearm are a few uncut boards, in case I have more new toys to play with! The Grace is a sweet sounding cart excelling in excellent mids... female vocalist's voice would sound heavenly (highly subjective of course!) and even though the deck is covered, I'm still shocked by the closeup, seeing all that dust on the cart & headshell!
