Well because my clan are mostly from the USA it can be hard organising a time and place to meet. This is because the time over there is different to ours in the merry UK. So sonic teams answer to this question as a time that would be the same for all user of Pso even the ones from different parts of the world would have the same time.

Sonic Teams time thing they have in Pso is called "Beats". The 24hours in the day are broken down into 1000 beats.

Beats (PSO time):
In the world of PSO, time is measured in a system called beats, this way
everyone can understand the time in whatever time zone you live in! A
24-hour day is divided into 1000 beats. Here is a chart of beats to
other times:

This should help you sort out your meeting times with your Pso friends from abroad. I think that if your Dreamcast internal clock is off then the beat times might be different.
