This is the Land of Outcasts.
People are sent here when they have committed a crime in
Kalihan so great that they are no longer welcome in the realm.
When one is banished to this land, their name and av is
displayed along with the crime that brought them to be here.
To date, only one person has been thrown into the Land of Outcasts.
