When I mean it's easy to have the right for using the pictures on a personal webpage, I mean that it is with credit given to the artist, naturally!

Andrew Annenberg

Jean-Paul Avisse

  • The Jean-Paul Avisse Collection: honestly, it's quite a poor site but it seems to be the official one... It's rarely updated and to find his pictures, I usually go somewhere else. And as for free copyrights on personal pages, you can still ask... So you won't find any of his pictures on my site, because I don't have 10 dollars to pay per image and per year! It's a shame, for most of his pictures are really beautiful.

Karl Bang

  • Karl Bang Visionary Art: Iasos' presentation. It's the only web site about Karl Bang, so go there! As for asking the copyrights, it's apparently a hard thing to do, so I gave up also...

Mary Baxter St Clair

  • Enchanted Island Studios: the official site. I looked for her at first because of her mermaid pictures, which are gorgeous (unfortunately, there are only five of them)! She gives easily the right to use her pictures on a personal website (which is always a plus with me :))

Jeffrey K. Bedrick

  • The Art of Jeffrey K. Bedrick: the official site. Beautiful pictures and a lot of them too! Jeffrey K. Bedrick gives very nicely the right to use his pictures on a personal website.
  • Jeffrey K. Bedrick Visionary Art: Iasos' presentation, for having a faint idea before diving in the so many pictures on the official website!

Lee Bogle

  • Lee Bogle: the most complete site (for all I know) about Lee Bogle.

Clyde Caldwell

  • Clyde Caldwell Online Prints: the official site, apparently back under construction... Nothing much to find there for the moment. I send two emails for the copyrights and I never got an answer... Does that mean they don't care?

Tony DiTerlizzi

  • DiTerlizzi Illustration: the official site. They don't take themselves seriously and there're even some of the worst drawings of the artist! But along that, there are all the others, so nice. One regret though: so many missing :(

Larry Elmore

  • The Official Larry Elmore Web Site: the official site (as the title states it). No need to look elsewhere! Everything is there and Larry Elmore gives nicely the rights to use his images on a personal website. One question though: does he change the names of his images for fun or is it because the first name was wrong? :)

William Li

  • Fenyx Imaging: Artword of William Li: the official site. They use the "no right-click zone" (which forbids to open in another window, for example) but the pictures are worth the pain even so!

Lena Liu

  • Lena Liu Art Gallery: I looked for her at first for her angels but she has also fine landscapes pictures.

Brian McGovern

Cheryl Mandus

  • Contemporary Realism and Surrealism - Cheryl Mandus: the official site (that changes every year or so :)). Nice pictures. Cheryl Mandus gives nicely the rights to use her images on a personal website (except for the angels) and, at least, she really saw your page when she answers! One regret though: the last time she redid her website, the fantasy pictures disappeared :(

Rodney Matthews

  • The Official Rodney Matthews Website: the official site. Between strange and peaceful, I find some of them really tortured, but, hey, you know me, I'm kinda tortured also :) Anyway, worth it.

Keith Parkinson

  • The Keith Parkinson Homepage: Caldwell, Elmore and Parkinson? Gotcha, they are the artists of Lancedragon! :) The official site, complete, and they're nice for giving the rights to use the images on a personal website.

Stephanie Pui-Mun Law

  • Shadows and Visions Art Gallery: the official site, updated every month with lots of pictures each time! From legends, fairy tales to role-playing games, she paints everything! Don't miss it. She gives easily the rights to use the images on a personal website also.
  • Fantasy Art by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law: the presentation of Elfwood, though I haven't gone there for quite a while, the official website being far enough for me!

Néné 'Tina' Thomas

  • Nene's Fantasy Art Gallery: the official site. I honestly preferred the old one but one can't have everything. It seems on the new website some pictures disappear mysteriously. I guess it's due to the bandwith stuff. <sigh> Anyway, go there, the pictures are great.

Eric VanRaemdonck

Josephine Wall

  • Josephine Wall's Web Page: the official site (that just changed look!). Lots of wonderful pictures (so wonderful I did buy the cards with her art on it to put on my bookshelves).

Jim Warren

Michael Whelan

  • Welcome To The Art Of Michael Whelan!: the official site. His images are wonderful and I'm so disappointed I couldn't use them on my website (he refused me the right). Except that, well, his website is a mine as for his images!

Gilbert Williams

Meilin Wong

  • Another Blue Home Page: the official site. Like Stephanie Pui-Mun Law, I discovered her thanks to Elfwood. She does mostly digital pictures but they are very nice. I think my favourite is See No Evil and I hope so much she'll do Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil!
Another Blue Home Page

Robin Wood

  • Robin Wood Fantasy Art: the official site. Very nice pictures over there; only one regret: they are so small :( No problems either for the rights to use her images on a personal website.

ArtMagick

Elfwood

  • Fantasy art of Elfwood: so many galleries, it's impossible for a cat to find her kittens :) You will find there artists like Stephanie Pui-Mun Law, if you spend enough time :)

Boogie Jack

  • Boogie Jack's Free Graphics: lots of graphims for the websites. I preferred Silverhair and Moyra's Jewels Mine, but, unfortunaly, both of them closed :(

POV-Ray

The Gimp

  • The GIMP Homepage: free software. I like very much the Script-Fu features. They don't have that in PaintShopPro :)
The GIMP Homepage

Arabeske

  • Wozzeck: software allowing to draw arabesques and other things, very nice for backgrounds. On the website there is also the calendrier de Germain Landfelder (only in French, I'm sorry), very funny, and some pictures made with POV-Ray.
