Mathew 24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

This is one of the signs, and of course was fulfilled, some call it to general in nature, yet there are many cities with buildings much older, still standing. Others claim that it's not totally fulfilled, because the Wailing Wall still stands. Note, Jesus just might have been referring to the Temple Buildings. The Wailing Wall isn't a building wall, but rather, an outer partition wall, to inclose the Temple Yard and grounds, it is not a "building" wall. SO it could very well have been fulfilled. If Jesus was alluding to all walls, would come down, then watch for the Wailing Wall to come down. If the Islam Nation has anything to do with the Wailing Wall coming down, there will be an all out religious war, guaranteed. For me, I believe it is already fulfilled, but the Wailing Wall will come under attack as well, by certain Muslims.

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? (The Question is clear. )
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. (Declared and fulfilled 100 fold. No one else has ever made this claim and it come more true in fact. )
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Now this of course could be said to be fulfilled. I believe it has not as of yet come to pass, because note here, Jesus says these events will be the beginning of the sorrows and you will see later, that Jesus proclaims that the generation that sees these things, will not pass away till the signs are all fulfilled. Meaning within a 70-90 year span. Some will say, but the longevity of a generation then and now is much different, as "IF" Jesus wouldn't have known this. Also note God kept them out of Israel and in Babylon for a 70 year time span, it would not surprise me any if the timeline was the same, for the Jews to come into a full "rebudding" in 70 years time, which could put us at the tribulation as early as 2008, but one can never be dogmatic about certain signs and events. Also, we are not to be looking for the exacted day anyway, for this just isn't going to be a known thing to many or perhaps any but Father, even now. Now it does come to mind that perhaps Jesus Christ was talking of WWII as those wars that are the beginning of sorrows, because it wasn't long after that, 1948 that the Diaspora of God's chosen started to end. In 1948, there were roughly 600,000 Jews living in Israel. Presently over 6,000,000 now live there and many more Jews all through the world are striking out to Israel each year.

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
To me, in those verses Jesus is talking about, the Christians that are alive at this end time, AND of the disciples as well, a dual prophecy, which is done often in the word of God.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
That is showing that in the end days, evil will abound worse then ever before, and will be the ruin of the earth as you will see later.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Now this is another sign, that has been fulfilled, as their is not one nation upon this earth, that hasn't had the Gospel of Christ preached on it's soil.

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Now this is a very distinct and prolific sign to look for, for many other signs accompany the leading up to the "Abomination of Desolation." For a very detailed examination of this prophecies please vist that page.

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
This show, that once this sign is fulfilled, the actions will be fast and furious, by the enemy.

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

Some believe verse 19 is showing, that a time has come, when no righteous souls can be harvested any longer, the new born from here after are vessels of wrath. A sort of Calvinistic type "no chance for atonement" I however do not believe such because it's just speculative reasoning with every little bible based evidence to back it up. I believe it is just showing that evil will reign and be very widespread, and mercy not even being shown to the pregnant/mothers. The next verse shows that the winter time will be bad, and the Holy Jewish Sabbath is a day that will be focused on by the enemy.

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Now see, one this "is" the tribulation, people need to understand this, and know some Christians will be alive during this time. AND it is the worse time the world will ever see, and the abomination of desolation, is so named that for a reason! This is going to be the worse time ever seen on this planet, and if not for Christ stepping in, would be the end of the world.

23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Christ is slamming it home there, again, DON'T believe the hype they are/will be selling and saying. When He comes back, all will know it.

25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

Now this is why I proclaim the "Jehovah Witnesses & the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society" doctrines of evil and of the Satan. Because one of their very books, "The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived" states in chapter 132
- A careful study of bible prophecies, including Jesus' own prophecy regarding the last days, reveals that "the Lord's day" began in the history making year 1914, yes, within this generation! So it was in 1914 that Jesus returned invisibly, without public fanfare and with only his faithful servants being aware of his return. In that year Jehovah gave Jesus the command to go subduing in the midst of his enemies!
Obeying his Father's order, Jesus cleansed the heavens of Satan and his demons, hurling them down to earth. After seeing this occur in a vision, John hears a heavenly voice proclaim "Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ!" Yes, in 1914 Christ began ruling as King! -
Now if the isn't just a bunch of unsubstantiated claims and lies just like Jesus warned of, I don't know what is. Second note they just tell you it's in the bible, not supporting their stance with verses. Also note, it is the Archangel that cast Satan out of heaven. (Revelation 12:7-9) Christ doesn't even have to get into it. . . it's lite work so to speak. They claim Jesus came invisible to the world. Now read what Jesus proclaims and please stay away from teachings like the heretofore mentioned.

27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Obviously Jesus over and over again shows the JW doctrine to be that of a false prophet and that this second coming event is not going to be a slight of the hand event. JW's will not be alone though, as many more will proclaim these lies. This Also shows that some Christians will still be on the earth during and through the whole tribulation. Jesus wouldn't say to watch for the signs, if we aren't here anymore.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Christ is again there reassurring us, that He will come on a day only known to God, but signs leading up to that day MUST be fulfilled first!

2 Thessalonians 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Here we have Paul, reassuring and warning us of two things. One there will be a major falling away of the faithful in Christ. Without doubt, common knowledge knows this very thing is taking place even as you read this. Second a watchful warning, that this "son of perdition" must come before Christ as well. Now Paul, like Christ, is not going to give a warning for us to watch for things, we as a body, will never see. I might not see this "son of perdition" reign, you might not, but some Christians will, maybe very few, but none the less some will, and this shows that pre-tribulation again is not true.
2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Again here is a clear cut warning that this Beast will portray himself as a challenge to God Almighty, and glorify himself above everything that is known as God, and that is worshipped. AND here is the big key to this whole passage, he sits in the temple of God, claiming to be God. First note, there is no temple as of yet, but clearly there must be, as shown in many other verses. (Isaiah 14:13; Daniel 9:27; Daniel 11:31; Daniel 12:11; Matthew 24:15; Mark 13:14; Revelation 11:1) ALL those show there must be a temple BEFORE the second coming of the Lord.
2:5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
Here, Paul reiterates that the falling away of the faithful must come first "what withholdeth this beast"

2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
And here is shown, that the iniquity of his coming is already at work. 1 john 4:1-3 shows this as well.
2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
Again, here shows just what this man is, Wicked. Where he gets his power and authority from, and his inevitable fate.
2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

His followers fate as well.

2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

They are so abominable in their deeds, and their hate for anything righteous, that Father knows they'll never turn unto Him, unless they saw Him face to face, and God will not have one believe in Him because they must, but because they want His will to be done. So, because they're evil in heart, and would only turn to God because they wanted a loophole out of hell, God will send them strong delusions, a stumbling block, that they will not know the truth. So to recap this segment; #1 there must be a falling away of the Christian faithful. #2 There must be a temple of God on the mount and #3 This beast of a man, will rule the earth, sit in the temple, and proclaim himself as God. All clear cut signs to watch for.
2 Corinitains 11:12 But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.
11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
There we have Paul already working hard to cut of the evil ones occasions to devour some of the faithful, and shows the Satan will send his ministers, the head one of which is called. . . "the son of perdition" into the fold, so not everyone that claims to be of Christ, is of Christ. One must hear them confess Christ as their Lord and Savior, and believe in their heart, God has raised Christ from the dead. For more on this please see the site on "True Christians?" for a more detailed study of what is a true Christian. Here are a few more verses warning us, to be watchful of these false prophets within the congregation )

Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

Here is Paul's first letter to the Thessalonians. Evidently they had written to Paul, inquiring of the second coming of Christ. When they say peace and safety, then comes the sudden destruction. Now this peace accord if talked of in (Daniel 11:21-24; Jeremiah 6:14) as well, and made by the beast.

2 Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
(There is a clear cut warning again, that the church will be attacked, and sometimes from within. You servants of Christ need to make sure EVERYONE in your congregation openly confesses Jesus Christ the Lord as their personal savior. This does not mean, making a claim to be a follower of Christ. Let them openly confess Christ with their mouth, as prescribed in (Romans 10:8-10 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.) and many other places. Again for a more in-depth examination, by the bibles word, on how to tell if one is a Christian, please visit ) "True Christians?"

3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
(That verse shows they "willingly are ignorant" of these truths, that God is, and that God created all things, for more on this, and how this "willingly are ignorant" can take effect visit the site on ) " "The Quickening" )
3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

(Remember, Paul used "son of perdition" there it is again, I find most people don't even know what that word entails, do you? )

Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
(This verse shows, it seems, that all will know of His coming. Remember in Matthew, Jesus Himself expounded on this event as well.) Mathew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Mathew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. It's seems very clear to me at least, that ALL on earth will witness this event, all won't know it is Christ coming of course. . . question is, will you? Will I? Will you loved ones? Will mine? Let us pray.)
3:11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
(Again Peter is making it lucid, there is going to be at the very least a GREAT light, as a sign to the believers. )
Luke 21:20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
(How many times have the servants of Christ witnessed this in the past and assume the time was nigh, but they weren't diligent in their study of the Word of God, because other signs must be fulfilled as well. When you see the City of David, Salem, Jerusalem, compassed with armies, and Jews in charge of Palestine, and the Temple of God, on the mount, then you know the time is close. YET even then, when someone tells us, Jesus is here, Jesus is there, believe them not, for we have the heavens to look to, for the signs. )

Luke 21: 25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
(Those verses seem to show this event isn't going to be an hour or two, but a prolonged period of time, as to bring so much worry, to even stop a heart. This surely isn't going to be a small even. )

27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.
31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

(The best thing about our Lord Jesus Christ's message to us, via the bible, is the repetitiveness of certain things and events, this brings validation beyond logical understanding. One, even a faithful servant of Christ, might say, how could all these things be true? How can this be? Surely that verse is a "stumbling block" a "misrepresentation" of the true word of God. A "mistranslating" of the text, and that would be fine, if not for the repetitious aspect of it. One might be able to convince themselves one verse is not whole truth, or even another corresponding verse could be written off, but if they find it over and over, they either will believe it on faith, or cast the whole book aside )

  1. Luke 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

  2. Mark 13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

  3. Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

  4. Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

  5. Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

  6. Matthew 26:64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

  7. 1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

  8. Daniel 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

(Those are just a few of the corresponding verses that show without a doubt, all on earth will know of this event, all as stated above, will not know it is Christ our Lord coming though. They are willfully ignorant! Here come a few more verses, 9 infact, for a total of 17 times, all pointing to signs in the heavens. )
  1. Zechariah 9:14 And the LORD shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the LORD God shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.

  2. Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
    29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
    30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
    31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come.
    32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

  3. Joel 3:15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
    16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

  4. Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
    9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
    10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
    11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

  5. Acts 2:20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

  6. Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

  7. Amos 8:9 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:

  8. Zephaniah 1:15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

  9. Jeremiah 10:2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.

(In case the first verses didn't convince you, there are a whole bunch more, all clearly showing there will be major signs in the heavens before the Lords coming. Now there will be signs in the heavens by the power of Satan to fool some, so remember the other signs as well. Likewise look to the seas, as you do the heavens. )

  1. Zephaniah 1:3 I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked: and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the LORD.

  2. Hosea 4:3 Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.

  3. Zechariah 10:11 And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.

  4. Revelation 7:2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

  5. Revelation 8:8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
    9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

  6. Revelation 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

  7. Revelation 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

(BUT most notably before all this, we have the evil ones, and the decline of the faithful in Christ. Here are just a few of the verses that give verification that there will be a major falling away of those that seek Father's will to be done on earth, as it is in heaven. )
  1. 2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
    2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
    3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
    4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
    5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
    6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
    7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

  2. Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
    15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
    16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
    17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
    18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
    19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

  3. 1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
    2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
    3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
    4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
    5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

  4. 2 Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

  5. Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

  6. 2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
    2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
    3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

  7. 2 Timothy 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
    2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
    3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
    4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

    5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

  8. Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

  9. Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

  10. Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

  11. Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

  12. 1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

(There are loads and loads of verses that show, there will be a falling away of the faithful in Christ, and the scoffers will increase. Those are but a few. )

(Next we have the false Christs coming, liars, out to deceive those of us that are luke warm in Christ. )

  1. Mark 13:6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

  2. Mathew 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

  3. Luke 21:8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

  4. Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

  5. Mathew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

(Christ pretty much slams that home huh, over and over again, so be warned, there are false one here already and false ones yet to come. The fact of the matter is, the Beast himself, the son of perdition is a false Christ as well, claiming to be the Messiah the Jewish people look for. Proclaiming himself to be God, Christ and many more things. )

(Next a very note worthy event will be the two witnesses in Jerusalem, preaching the gospel of Christ to all. These signs are very clear cut as well, which leaves one with little to no doubt that this will be a world wide event. Here it is, in full. )

Rev 11:1-19

  1. And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
    ( There it shows a temple of God is standing. )
  2. But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
    (Showing that it seems other "courts" are on the temple mount as well. . . i.e. The Doom of the Rock. And it seems from this time onward the number of days are calculated to then end. )
  3. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
    (Power is given and a numbered amount of days is prescribed. 1260 days. 1260 days equals approximately forty two months. This is the last 3 ½ years of the great tribulation time. I say this because as soon after their demise on earth, Christ comes. )
  4. These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
    (The are from heaven. And God beholds their face. He closely watches them. )
  5. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
    (Gives great protection to them, and a sign of what type of powers. )
  6. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
    (Given Great authority, and power to use it at will. )
  7. And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
    (Man could not kill them it seems, so the beast does. Isn't the beast a man? Yes and no, because Satan is fully within the beast, and gives power to the beast. Satan is a beast as well, in fact all unclean men are. )
  8. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
    (Showing that Jerusalem is the place, and showing it has become a wicked place as well. )
  9. And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
    (Showing this will be a world wide known event. )
  10. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
    (And as in the days of Noah, they will party and rejoice in their wicked debauchery.)
  11. And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
    (Again God gives a sign, had these people believed in the word and had faith in Father, they would have known all these things are indicators to Judgment Day. )
  12. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
    (People still witnessing these events, this does not mean all the people on earth will see this, but could just mean their preside enemies that are on the scene see it. )
  13. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
    (Another clear cut sign! Why won't these people believe the signs. . . 2 thess 2:11-12 leads us to that answer.)
  14. The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
  15. And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
    (This shows it's not much longer after this event that Christ comes back, and this is why I believe this is the second, 3 ½ years.)
  16. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
  17. Saying, We give thee thanks, O LORD God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
  18. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
    (Desolation's is used over and over in the bible at this time, some believe it is nukes. Perhaps.)
  19. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
    (Wrath! )
