If you're already a servant of Christ, these first paragraph aren't for you. So if you're just looking to understand what the quickening is, please disregard anything not to Christians.As for the Non-believers,You're searching to find out why others believe in God and you don't? If not, then why are you here? Go away, if your search isn't earnest, unless of course you’re here to critique my belief for debate purposes, and if that’s the case, bring it on. You will lose. So where is the confirmation, where's the freaking evidence you say!? Well first and for most, anyone can give you a number of reason why you can't find God, but is it truth? Is it not best to let the Word of God speak first. . . and comprehend this, you're #1 not going to like it and #2 not going to accept it. Nevertheless the Word of God will answer your questions on the matter... harshly perhaps, but answers none the less. I'm not here to make you feel good, or to be nice to your feelings and beliefs, I'm here to show you the answers in the Word of God... as to why some can't find God, and why others will die confessing the name of Christ?
First off, let's start with your lack of discovery of God, these scriptures might be a shock to you, but the Word of God none the less... and I won't hide them. So lets start out with your screaming for signs!
He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.

John 4:48 Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.
2Thessalonians 2:11-12 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Okay, so by that... its clear what he thinks about those testing him by demanding signs, but here is the kicker... HERE is why He doesn't do the sign bit anymore.
Mathew 13:11-15 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted,and I should heal them.
So but by that God has sent some of you a strong delusion, that they should believe a lie! ie evolution in place of God, wiccan, satanism or any number of other false religions... but... but... but you whine and cry and say thats not fair, how can we see if blinded by God, who will go up against God Almighty and change his ways... but... but... but look! And for this cause!!! God shall send them strong delusion, that they would be damned. Find out what "and for this cause!" is... if you really want to find out why you don't believe in God.John 6:64-65 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
Very clear Jesus' intent is to not let some in on the truth. Truth be know, God already knows your heart and soul, your wants and desires, and He knows you love something more then Him.
Mathew 11:25-27 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

Well so by them verses alone you pretty much get the dish of what His answer is, you can't find God because He is for whatever reason holding the truth from you. "And for this cause.." Again John 5:21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.
Again Romans 4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Again Ephessians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Again Colossians 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
Again 1 Corinitains 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

And Yet Again It is "The Quickening" of ones soul into spirit that is our proof, Christ is alive in me! How could I denie what lives in me? Now what will you give in exchange your very soul... what do you do that keeps "The Quickening" away?
Psalms 22:29 All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
Mathew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Sooooooo to summarize...
- God hides the truth from some people.
- He isn't going to do any more "signs"
- It seems you can't find God "for this cause" in 2 thess 2:11-12. and don't care enough to even find out what it is.
- Our evidence is something you can't use to try and cheat, trying to get a peek of the evidence without getting the quickening.
- It ISevidence enough that billions believed, believe it, and are willing to die for it, and have died for.
Look here is the score... God did the sign bit with Israel as an example to us all, that the signs He gave them would always be forgotten. Heck they weren’t even to the red sea before they disregard all the signs God. He did them in part to show Egypt and the Hebrews He was He and to establish He was with Israel.
So He instills in our soul His Spirit, to awake or make alive our spirit to His, and there is nothing you'll ever be able to do about that. Nothing. Now you can't comment on it objectively, because you haven't been through it, you haven't tastes and tested. So don't even try that crap about delusion thoughts, some of the great minds in the world were sane up until it came to confessing Christ! Then they all just went nutz-o when it came to Christ. They were some of the greatest men in the world, smartest and bravest, till it came to Christ, then they all of a sudden when spazz-o. Give me a break.
But wait... don't burn off yet, there's some more bad news yet to come, though God hasn't quickened your spirit. . . though your not born again. . . you're not let off the hook, and there will be no excuses. For with God Almighty Maker of YOU, there is no way to get around Him, out think Him or scramble for a loop hole. Funny thing about a God Almighty Highest. . . eh?, when you get to set the rules up, you get to make sure there aren't any loop holes.
Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
"See that, God is saying He knows you know deep down. He KNOWS!, that one time, that one second you believed in Him. That one moument of doubt, and you didn't cling on to it. That time, that one second, will be brought up again come The Day of the Lord. You'll remember this was told to you. Remember God whispered and you didnt heed that call. He did his part. . . find out what "and for this cause" is? What are you doing that Father will not send Jesus to you with steadfast faith?

He knows man! He knows deep down you know He is. There will be no excuses. . . no loop holes.
