My Recipes
I hope you enjoy these recipes
as much as my family and I do!

Keep in mind that I never measure.
I just season everything to taste.
And, since I don't know you...
I don't know how you would like it.
So, only a few recipes will have
actual measurements. Sorry!
I will be adding more recipes.
But, until then I only have 3. I hope you enjoy them!

There are also "Printer Friendly"
versions of all the recipes.

Jenn's Hot Sauce
1 Large Can Whole Tomatoes
3 Jalapenos
Cumin
Garlic Powder
or Minced Garlic
Oregano

Keep in mind:
Three jalapenos will make this pretty hot.

Cut the jalapenos into a few pieces and add to blender. Open the can of tomatoes and add to blender. Add seasonings to taste. And blend until jalapenos are chopped finely. Chill and serve!

Meatballs
3 Pounds Hamburger
Italian Bread Crumbs
Garlic Powder
Seasoned Salt
Pepper
2 Small cans mushrooms
2 packages brown gravy

Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix well. Roll into balls. Add to pan and brown on all sides. Drain grease from pan. Mix brown gravy and add mushrooms, add to pan and bring to boil. Simmer until gravy thickens (about 20 minutes).

This dish goes excellent with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.

Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove from oven. Sift powered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Sprinkle with additional powered sugar, if desired. Store in airtight containers. Makes about 5 dozen.
