The doctors all got together and now have a plan for Ty. Basically their plan is a very long term plan. In other words, we'll be here until April or May. They thought that they could go faster with his changes but that has proven to be impossible. So they are not going to push him at all. So the changes are going to be very slow and few and far between.
This plan is a good plan. Although it's going to be a very long time before we can go home, it is in Ty's best interest. This all has been so hard for us, but we remain positive and thankful! God brought Ty into this world in a very special way, and has made him a tough little fighter! God will let him go home when it's the right time.
Please pray for Ty. This has been so hard for the little guy. He's been fighting so hard and has been through so much. Every day is a fight for him, and he has never given up! Every day is filled with things that he hates, but he has never stopped loving life! He is an inspiration! Imagine that every day of your life being filled with struggles and you are being told that you have to fight for your life... every day... That is Ty's life, yet he's never stopped loving, and never stopped fighting! He is my hero!!! And I am so proud of him!!
Thank you all for continuing to support us! Our road just got longer, but hopefully it is less bumpy this way!
