Lindsay has been doing really well with her CPAP ventilator! They have really been working with her to get her on to the next stage with her breathing. Her little nose is just as raw as can be with the CPAP. I feel so bad for her because she just hurts all the time and her nose bleeds all the time.
She is doing so well that they have made some pretty big adjustments and she has improved with each one! I hope that within a week or so they will have her off the CPAP and on to the next thing.
She has been gaining some weight but not alot. She tends to grow in spurts. I think that she's due for another spurt! She's up to about 5lbs 6oz or so. She working so hard with all the adjustments that I think she just hasn't had the opportunity to grow like she should. That's ok though! I want her to get off of the CPAP as soon as possible so her nose can recover!
She has been really healthy and loves to be held! Since she is in the crib it is alot easier to get to her, so we get to hold her alot more!
