Man 1: What the hell is that?
Man 2: Let's get out of here.
Man 1: Just a second.
Man 1: Run like hell.
The man, after spotting the Chestburster's shedded skin, spots the full grown Alien behind some containers. Both men run away.

Successful Xenomorph containment depends on a single factor - tracking and locating the offending specimen. This is doubly true when dealing with full-grown drones or larger Xenomorph specimens. During the first twenty minutes of a Xenomorph contamination, mortality rates are twenty to thirty times higher than the later stages of contamination.
* Return to the Hive.
You are now a full grown Alien drone, and are capable of climbing walls, jumping, pouncing, clawing, stabbing with your tail, and biting with your teeth. No more hiding around like a Facehugger or a Chestburster, you are now a walking arsenal of weapons!
Run out after the two humans and kill them, as well as the three other Marines in this area. Headbite them or their corpses if you need health. Enter the building through the open door on the left and go forward. The second set of doors will open as you go near them.
Man 1: Bad weather for recon.
Man 2: That's the only kind of weather we got here.
Man 1: No way. We got bad and worse.
Kill the two Marines. To the left there are two technicians if you need health, otherwise head straight forward and kill two other Marines ahead. To the right at the end of this hallway there is a small dark alleyway with a bar at the end. You will see a Marine and a technician at the end.
Man 1: I gotta get back to work.
Man 2: All right, I'll see you tomorrow.
Pounce at the Marine and kill them. Quickly turn around as two more Marines will come at you from behind. Pounce at them too and kill them, then headbite the technician for health. As you leave the alleyway you'll see a dropship land. Kill the humans in this area and enter through the doorway partially blocked by a truck. Continue along and kill the Marine at the open door.
Crawl through the hallway on the ceiling to avoid tripping the lasers that activate the sentry guns in the ceiling. Drop to the floor at the end of the hall and kill the Marine and woman technician in this room. You can break open the cages here to eat the beetles inside for a little health. Head out into the next room where a technician is crouched near a cage.
Technician: Is that you, Stone?
Technician: Oh God.
Headbite the technician for health if you need it. Then crawl up to the next level of this room and go through the small hallway into the next room where there are a few Marines and technicians.
Technician 1: Wow, we got a complete shipment for a change. In the morning, I want you to prep the new hosts.
Technician 2: Sure thing. You gonna start with the monkeys or dogs?
Technician 1: Monkeys.
Technician 2: All right, I'll do them first.
Kill the Marines first, then take the technicians if you need health. Crawl up through the hole in the ceiling and enter the vent to start a cut scene, then the next part of this level.
Man 1: Commander?
Commander: What is it?
Man 1: We've got a problem.

The LV 1201 Primary Operations Complex was designed with redundancy in mind. However, when dealing with Xenomorphs, no system is foolproof. Sufficient damage to the circulation and waste flow systems could create the conditions for massive Xenomorph infiltration. For this reason, security should flush any contamination upwards - towards the office and living quarters sections - despite the certainty of increased short-term fatality counts.
* Return to the Hive.
You start the next part of this level in the ceiling, and humans are talking below you. You don't need to go down and kill them, but you can if you want to or need health.
Man 1: Seen Pete around? He hasn't reported in.
Man 2: Probably sleeping it off. I think Carson's covering for him.
Man 1: You seen him?
Man 2: Nope.
Man 1: You run into either one of them, let 'em know I'm looking for them.
Man 2: Sure thing.
Go through the small tunnel in the ceiling into the next room, where more humans talk below you.
Man 1: I just talked to Markinson. Something got into the animal labs, ripped the place up.
Man 2: He report it yet?
Man 1: Yeah, a containment team's down there checking it out. They think it was a bug.
Man 2: Then they'd better find the bastard fast.
Drop down and kill the humans here. When they're dead, go up the small flight of stairs in this room, and in the next room, kill the human working on fixing the broken grate. Claw the grate to completely break it, then climb into the vent. At the vent's end you'll hear two Marines talking.
Man 1: What's wrong?
Man 2: Some specimens got loose on level 2.
Man 1: You've gotta be kidding.
Man 2: Just stay sharp.
Drop down and kill the two Marines, plus the others that are walking around this area. When you're done, head left down the hallways until you come to another area where you will hear more humans talking.
Man 1: Where's that damn containment team?
Man 2: They're not responding.
Man 1: What the hell's going on?
Man 2: I wish I knew. They just found another body in landing bay 2.
Man 1: Who was it?
Man 2: Not sure yet. Whatever got to him ripped out his spinal column and took his head.
Head forward into the next room and kill the two Marines. Then claw the nearby computer console to free the three Aliens in the next room. They will awaken from stasis, claw the door, and run out.
Intercom: Warning, xenomorph specimen container fail safes overridden.
Head back out of this room, and drop down the shaft to the left to start the last part of this level.

Engineering studies of the Primary Operations Complex identified the primary outflow system tunnels as the weak link in the POC defenses. However, the studies also concluded that nothing short of a bomb could breech tunnel walls and expose the POC to complete contamination. While a catastrophic failure in the pumping equipment could have led to an explosion in the flow control system, this should have been small and contained. One can only conclude that either the analysis was wrong, or that someone wanted the POC to fail.
* Return to the Hive.
You begin underneath a grate. Forward, there is a human above you, so claw the grate to break it, jump up and out, and kill the human. Go down the hall and you'll see two Marines fixing a grate.
Man 1: Hurry up.
Man 2: I know.
Man 1: I mean it.
Man 2: I know!
Kill the two Marines and turn around quickly as another Marine appears behind you. A heavily armored Marine with a Flamethrower will come out of the nearby room. Kill him quickly, as he can be dangerous. If you catch on fire run around to put it out and bite or claw the corpses nearby to regain health.
Intercom: Containment team, report to the Vehicle Maintenance Bay. Condition 3.
Enter the room where the Flamethrower Marine came out of and bite the technician here for health. Then continue through, but turn around as you exit this room, as two more heavily armored Marines with Pulse Rifles are going to come at you from this direction.
Man 1: We got him! Secure those exits! Let's burn him out!
Man 2: Man down!
Man 1: Target is loose! Cut him off in the maintenance bay!
Man 2: Don't let him get away!
These Marines aren't as difficult to kill as the Flamethrower Marine was, so take care of them. Kill them and continue through this area, claw the door to break it down. Go through the hallways, there are two technicians here if you need health as well. These halls lead outside, where two Aliens attack three Marines. The Aliens will die, so kill the Marines.
Here, there is a truck up on a platform. Go beneath this truck and go through the small tunnel. Claw away the grate and continue through the tunnel to another room. Go up the stairs and kill the two Marines in this room. Then look above the door for the grate illuminated in red. Crawl up and claw it away, then enter the vent to end the level.
