Just say it. This little corner of Word For Word is for those who need/want to say something. Who need/want to get it out there, but don't really want to write a whole article. It's everything from our point of views of the War in the Middle East to problems at home to just comments on something. Some of this stuff is what we can all relate to.
Starlie D.: You know, the best part of the conference was the concert. With Sari and Evan. It just rocked! As Sari would say, that concert 'rocks like socks'. ('maybe even more than socks.') It was so great. And Sari and Evan tore up the stage. (Especially Sari. Evan was a little more mellow, though still very good.) All who didn't make it really missed something. The rest of the conference, I dunno, it wasn't as good as usual. I think too many were busy socializing and not actually showing up for the sessions. But it just wasn't quite as good. But it was worth it just to be at the concert. It was beautiful. And that same day, dude, I actually got to meet Seth Bernard! That was so wicked cool!
Starlie D. I think Bush is totally a big jerk. That's easy to say. And he isn't to intelligent either, is he? It makes you wonder what dictionary he owns. And what's not good is that we feel we must stand behind our 'president' during these times. During this time of war. Hasn't it yet clicked that we have had military action in many places for years now? Oh yes. We've been at a time of war non stop since before I was born. But the Republicans didn't stand behind Clinton. They were too busy of accusing him of something from his private life. And now, if we don't stand behind this man so many call 'the President of the United State of America' we are called unpatriotic and looked down on. Now isn't that interesting? We don't kiss Bush's feet and cheer on war, then we are stupid unpatriotic idiots.
