First blow

Streaming white with fear
Before north wind whirls
Joined by rainbow leaves
Dancing crystal swirls

Colorless new, colorful old
Latter lending color cheer
Mixing as if grand season
Were bringing in New Year

Lonely flakes without greeting
Bold, cold and adventurous
Covering barren landscape
Coating all with freshness

Presenting open door
For walking earthen floor
Fallen leaves now out of sight
All to see is brand new white
