DOING THINGS ACCORDING TO ONE'S FEELINGS
Feelings are meant to be a driving force that changes one's life toward better by meeting one's needs and by taking care that things are done in a healthy way. And of course toward better also on the behalf of others: compassion and moral.
Technical things (like social position) are not fit to be subjects of feelings.
Instead those things are to be dealt with the intellect,
aiming at ultimate goals like happiness, avoiding catastrophes etc.
Feelings to be followed include:
* Likings
* Compassion
* Fulfilling needs of the instinct level, like hunger, the need to use one's own understanding and the need to belong to some social groups
* Feelings toward the world at large and long term planning of life, moral
* Feelings about things because of their role of each thing in the world (Read the text The society agreement, in the section about rational moral.)
Follow you feelings simultaneously with your sense of health.
Your feelings may tell you for example
that you value practicality and rationality instead of only emotionality.
Instead of selfishness, use your sense of health.
Instead of overeating, follow your sense of health.
