Arisu:
Hello Sindey, welcome to the road outside of my summer house. How are you? I miss you! Every morning since I have been in Ulan Bator, I get up at the same time, which is really, really nice. It's weird to have that kind of routine. And I'm getting things done! There's a piano in the house and I've been playing it every day. I can play with both hands, I'm getting really good. And I look out the window and it's really pretty, like so much space and nobody there.

*Pause*

Arisu:
Except, oh my god, all last week, every day there is an insane man running past and I can't figure him out. He's easily forty-five years old and he looks Chinese. Like I would imagine everyone in China looked like 1965. He has thick jet back hair and a big brushy mustache, and he dresses like he's here in the sixties. He runs in such a weird stiff way.

*Leans into the camera*

Arisu:
I think, he's a Mao billionare or his an escapist communist. I just want to know where he's going so badly. Since I've seen him, I've been noticing that, every here doesn't seem like the right time. Like, I walk past a news agents in the village and their window display can't have changed in fifteen years. The magazines have been bleached by the sun and the models on the covers don't have faces anymore.  And outside the bar, there are these two old men that just sit there all day, wearing thin cotton clothes, look bewildered. Like they are waiting for their bus back in the 1940's.

*Pause*

Arisu:
In the evenings, I can sit on the roof outside my bedroom and it's dark and I can really think. And I realized last night that you take in so much information the course of everyday. But, it's up to you how you interpurt it. You decide that it's lizards running the world. And in a day, you see two pictures of lizards, which you wouldn't have picked out before, but now they are super signifigant. Because you're switched on to lizards. And nothing else. Do you know how manys Sid there are stationed in Ulan Bator? Loads. They're everywhere.

*Pick up a glass jar of stones and looks at it. Turns back to the camera*

Arisu:
It's been this many days since I've seen you Sid.

*Adds another stone in the jar*

*Shuts off the camera*

Mood:  sad

*Casper sits in her room dressed in a bathrobe, looking at a picture of Simon. She looks in the mirror*

*She takes off her robe and gets all dressed up in black. Classic 60's black to be exact*

*Casper looks sad in the mirror and starts putting on cherry red lipstick. Starts out easy at first, but then she loses it and breaks down crying while smearing it all over her face*

*Casper cries on heavily*

*Darcy opens Simon's bedroom door with the camera in her hand. She walks inside. She looks at his textbox and a picture of Casper in her bikini. She looks at his bed. She picks up a note saying, "Ando's Birthday Party Tonight Man!!!" and set it down. She walks over to the bookcase. She looks at a picture of her and Simon together*

Darcy:
To be absent, away, elsewhere. To no longer  be existent in somebody's life.

*She turns the picture away*

Darcy:
Only to live on in memory, if your essense remains.

*Pulls out a picture strip of Simon and Casper out of a book. She flips it over. "Me and You. Second date. CX" is written on the back. Darcy puts it back on the book. She walks over to the dresser and opens the drawer. She pulls out a bottle of sake and closes the drawer. She turns the camera on herself and sits on the bed. Darcy looks at the camera. She opens the sake and takes a drink. She closes the bottle and pulls out a black duffle bag. Darcy begins packing Simon's clothes in it*

Darcy:
Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pal of water. Jack fell down and broke his camera. And Jill didn't come tumbling after.

*She picks up Simon's green swearshirt and puts it on. She sniffs his sleeve a bit. Darcy tucks her knees into the shirt and huddles up into a ball. She looks at the camera and shuts her eyes*

Darcy:
If you close your eyes, you see darkness. But if you keep them closed for long enough and concentrate hard, you'll see light.

*Tries to do so before opening her eyes and looking at the camera*

This is the end for me. I'm going to end it all right now and today. Just kidding! I'm Ozawa Arisu and this is my vid diary.

Dr. Taka:
Anybody special to you?

*Arisu grins*

Arisu:
Yeah, actually!

Dr. Taka:
Ooo, who?

*Arisu grins on*

Arisu:
Sil Wilson!

Dr. Taka:
Why is that?

*Arisu smiles brightly*

Arisu:
*Shrugs* I just do.

Dr. Taka:
What attracts you to him?

*Arisu shrugs*

Arisu:
He's like me. We both are rejects and broken. He cares about me. He really does. But yet...

Dr. Taka:
But yet what?

Arisu:
He likes someone else.

Dr. Taka:
Really now?

Arisu:
*Really bitter now* Yes!

*Arisu snaps herself in the wrist with the rubber band*

Arisu:
Ow!

*Pause*

Arisu:
I do that when I'm angry.

Dr. Taka:
That bad?

Arisu:
Yes.

*Pause*

Arisu:
Yeah, I love Sid that much. That's all I have to say for that one.

*Arisu bows*

Hello, my name is Jake and here is my vid journal.

Dr. Taka:
How are you today?

Jake:
Fine, I guess.

Dr. Taka:

Jake:
I am a normal guy. I'm twenty and good with my hands. I do a lot of maintance around the house. I have good friends. But, I have a small problem...

Dr. Taka:
What is it?

*Pause*

*Jake looks on nervous*

Jake:
Can I tell you something?

Dr. Taka:
Sure.

*Jake looks around a bit*

Jake:
Only my friends know it  though.

Dr. Taka:
Cigarette?

Jake:
No, I don't smoke.

Dr. Taka:
Why is that?

Jake:
Just don't.

*Pause*

Dr. Taka:
Gay, huh?

*Jake nods nervously*

Jake:
That's right...

Dr. Taka:
Like anyone? Any crushes?

*Jake blushes*

Jake:
Well... There is one guy...

Dr. Taka:
Ooo, who?

*Jake blushes deeper*

Jake:
Lucas Reed...

Dr. Taka:
Really?

*Jake nods*

Jake:
But nothing will happen between us.

Dr. Taka:
Why is that?

Jake:
Because, Lexie loves him. I don't want to break up a happy couple. Plus, Lucas is straight. That would be akward to hit on him.

*Jake is bright red now*

Jake:
Oh! This is so embarrassing! Please don't tell Lucas I said that! It'll ruin everything!

Dr. Taka:

Gabby:
First Item: Coldplay's Viva La Vida CD! Greatest band ever! I got to see them in concert last night! Music is like so important to us! A world without music is like a bar without beer. If music is wiped out fo some reason due to the planet, here you are.

*Puts cd into blue plastic box*

*Pulls out some lip gloss and puts it on*

Gabby:
This is pink raspberry lips gloss. It is to make our lips pretty and kissable.  This boy, Simon, horny as f**k, said that he liked the taste. *Giggles* So here you go, for all of those yummy boys out there. *Drops the gloss in the box* Don't worry, I just bought ten more of these!

*Leans into camera*

Gabby:
I'm also adding in a video of night life in Tokyo.

*Films of her partying on the town*

Gabby:
We smoke, party, drink, and have a good time. But, it is hard at times. It'll good though.

*Back to Gabby*

Gabby:
Finally, there is at least one dear friend that should see the future!

*Pulls out her teddy bear*

Gabby:
This is Charlie. He is so precious to me! I've had him since I was a baby!

*Gets emotional*

Hello. I'm Effy and here is my diary.

Dr. Taka:
Tell me a little bit about yourself.

Effy:
My name is Elizabeth Trent. I'm Effy for short. Don't know why. Just happened that why. Just happened that way. I am twenty-four years old. I am married. My husband, Richard , and I have been married for four years now. We're trying to have a baby this year. I work as a phyciarist with troubled teens. My parents died six years ago. I also have a younger brother named Nick.

Dr. Taka:
How are things between you and Nick?

Effy:
He tries to shut me out. I worry about him every day. He won't talk to me. I try to visit him, but hhe shuts me out. I want to help him, but I don't know how. *Sigh* I don't get it.

Dr. Taka:
Don't get what?

Effy:
He used to be a sweet little kid.

Dr. Taka:
What happened?

Effy:
Our parents died. That changed Nick very badly. He idolized his dad so much. When he died, Nick just became cold. It's so sad really. I'm really worried about him. I really am!

Dr. Taka:
Anything else?

*Effy shakes her head*

Effy:
No, not right now.

*Ken-san looks a bit upset*

Ken-san:
It's Emma. She won't leave me alone.

Dr. Taka:
Why is that?

Ken-san:
Emma has a crush on me. She doesn't seem to get the concept of me being the teacher and her being the student. That girl doesn't seem to care. She just wants me that bad. It's frustrasting.

Dr. Taka:
Can I ask you something?

Ken-san:
Sure, go ahead.

Dr. Taka:
Do you like Emma?

*Ken-san looks on in a panic*

Ken-san:
WHAT?!?

Dr. Taka:
Just a question. Do you like Emma or not?

Dr. Taka:

Dr. Taka:

Ken-san:
Well... I do think she's a little cute...

Dr. Taka:
Really now?

Ken-san:
This is so embarrassing! It's just... *He buries his head in his hands* Stop filming! Just... just... go!

Dr. Taka:

Hello, I'm Ozawa Jin. Here is my vid diary.

Dr. Taka:
What is your greatest worry?

Jin:
My sister, Arisu.

Dr. Taka:
What's wrong with her?

*Jin hesistates*

Jin:
My baby sister... well... has Borderline Personality Disorder.

Dr. Taka:
Really now?

Jin:
Yeah. Very badly. She cuts herself every day. She has many scars on her body. It worries me so much. She's too implusive too. Arisu-chan drinks, sleeps around, parties, smoks, and does drugs heavily. It's like she doesn't care about life. She's even obsessed with death. Arisu stares down at the ground below from the roofs of tall buildings and up at the trees thinking about death. I see it in her eyes. It scares me. Plus, she has frequnet and rapid mood swings. I don't know how to save her. Her friends make it worse too.

Dr. Taka:
How so?

Jin:
They party, smoke, drink, do drugs, and sleep around! They are all self-centered and promiscuous. Sid is the worst! My sister loves him, you know? But does he notice? No! He's too hung up on Casper! It hurts Arisu-chan so much! My sister almost committed suicide because of it! I swear, if Sid hurts her again, I'll kill him! I already lost Fujikom I can't lose Arisu-chan either. I just can't!

Dr. Taka:
How did you lose your other sister?

Jin:
I'll talk about that another time, okay?

Dr. Taka:
Okay.

*Jin bows*

Jin:
Thank you. Bye.

Ghost:
This is Shuichi! I love him so much. I will make him mine no matter what!

*Turns camera to a wall. Pictures of Shuichi are all over it*

Ghost:
I've been taking pictures of him since I was fifteen. I love him so much! I will do anything to have him! Nobody is going to stand in my way! Not even Yuki!

*Turns camera back to her face really closer*

Ghost:
I will have Shuichi Shindou, no matter what! You can bank on that! I promise!

*Turns off the camera*
