Back and clean the crabs after chilling on ice for at least 1 hour. Dilute yellow mustard with your favorite beer, 2 parts mustard : 1 part beer. Drizzle diluted mustard onto cleaned crab making sure plenty of the mixture gets into the cavity. Sprinkle LIBERALLY with Tex-Joy Seafood seasoning being sure to completely cover all sides of every crab with plenty of seasoning. Place well seasoned crabs in 350 degree cooking oil, making sure all crabs are completely submerged in the oil, for 2 minutes on each side, for a total of 4 minutes. Remove crabs from oil and place cavity side down to drain. Spicy Shrimp & Chicken 4 grilled chicken breasts 1 lb. raw peeled shrimp Stick of butter or margarine 1 onion 1 bell pepper 1 can Italian style rotel tomatoes Carton fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 can 1 pkg penne pasta 1 jar of 4 Cheese Alfredo Sauce and one jar of Garlic Parmesan Sauce Skin chicken breasts and chop into bite size pieces. Melt butter in pan and saute' onions, bell pepper & mushrooms. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Add Italian rotel tomatoes. Add both jars of sauce. Add cut up chicken. Cook pasta, drain and add to rest. That's it! So easy...and soooo GOOD! |
